We were able to spend a wonderful weekend in Obersays. The Alte Sennerei is wonderfully quietly located and offers everything you need for a larger group, and much more!

A wonderful place in the mountains and in the middle of nature. Really nice to unwind and recharge. We really enjoyed the days in Feldis in Yvonne's apartment. This was already our second stay there and we will definitely come back.

We were looking for a quiet, remote place away from the hustle and bustle. With the Holzerheim, we found this. The house is technically well equipped and everything works perfectly (hot water, underfloor heating, electricity, stereo, dishwasher, shower, bathtub, fireplace, large storage oven). 50 m next to the house is the restaurant Conn, which offers very appealing and fine dishes. The house actually presents itself better than shown in the photos. The driving permit made it possible to reach the house by car. There is also a Postbus connection to Flims with a stop a few meters in front of the house. It was certainly advantageous that we knew something about fires (fireplace, storage stove). There was enough wood available that could be used. We really enjoyed the stay.

This is a magical place and the best vacation of our lives. It's one of those cases where reality is much better than expectations. We dreamed of simple solitude in the mountains but ended up in an incredible modern house with panoramic windows overlooking the mountains. We warmed ourselves every evening by the large fireplace, walked our dog along deserted trails with incredible landscapes. Thanks to the attentive and very kind hosts of the house, Bina, Paul, and Laura, we were surrounded by attention and care. These memories will forever remain in our minds as the warmest and brightest.

A fantastic break in Laaxer Stöckli – just perfect! We were allowed to spend some fantastic days in the Laaxer Stöckli and can recommend this vacation home without reservation! The house is not only beautifully located, but also extremely clean and furnished with a lot of love with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds: you immediately feel at home! The view of the surrounding mountains from the ingenious terrace is wonderful, the quiet location invites you to relax. Communication with Adrian also went smoothly – friendly, helpful and professional. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. We will be happy to come back – and are already looking forward to it!

We would like to sincerely thank Luke for the wonderful stay at the place. Location is perfect for skiing, the bus stop is within walking distance. The amenities were extremely generous, we didn't miss anything, even raclette and fondue were available. In the evening, the oven creates a pleasant atmosphere. The space was more than sufficient, the large couch and large dining table also invite several people to socialize. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness, it was all tip top clean and cleaned. Fast WiFi was also available. The property is also well suited for families with children, as protective gates have been installed on the stairs and at the top of the gallery. We highly recommend the place and will definitely come back. Thank you :)

If you're looking for a comfortable and peaceful place, you should visit this Swiss chalet where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the busy life. it’s so beautiful and cozy. The moment we got in we felt how intimate and cozy this house is. I felt like staying at a friend’s home the books the CDs collections! The beautiful fireplace. There is also a huge cabinet for board games and puzzles which my kids really enjoyed. Vivienne and her husband are very friendly and kind people treated us like family they were so kind to provide us with 2 baby beds and extra blankets. The view is the most wonderful specially when the mountains were covered with snow we spent the most exciting summer ever.

Ideal for a relaxing quiet weekend far away from the noise of civilization. Hikes are quite possible from there. Very nice house and surroundings. Great with the hot tube. 4G reception is moderate, but it's better to turn off the cell phone anyway ;)

Caterina and Stefan were very friendly and forthcoming! Check-in and Check-out felt relaxed and uncomplicated. We loved cooking on the outdoor „Feuerring“🔥, the view 🏔️ and the cows 🐄 surrounding the nicely maintained property.

We had a pleasant stay at Peggy's chalet in Arosa. The chalet was clean, well-maintained, and situated in a quiet area, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. Peggy was very responsive throughout our stay, promptly addressing any questions we had.

The host is very helpful, friendly and responsive. We loved the place and it matched expectations and our needs very well. Beautiful, peaceful, amazing nature around. The beds are very comfortable, and kitchen- living room area is amazing! Thank you for having us!

The property is very cozyly decorated and well equipped. The proximity to the ski lift (about 100m) is very convenient, also the nearby bus stop. There is only one parking space available at the house, there are other cheap parking spaces further down at the Hotel Maran. The self-check-in and communication with Arosa Holiday worked great. Tip: sleds can be rented at the Hotel Arvenwald, the toboggan run starts right by the house and is lit every evening!
