Die Lage direkt am Rhein ist toll und das Dorf Andeer ist eine super Ausgangslage für schöne Wanderungen. My family and I had a great stay at Beats location. The home offers stunning views. waking up every morning was breathtaking. The drive from Chur to Arosa wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed driving the the curvy roads. Beat was super helpful and we thank Beat again for letting us stay. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would stay again at Beats home.

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes und hat somit einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung und obwohl wir tagsüber 30 grad hatten, konnte man abends gut durchlüften und auch gut schlafen. Der Pool ist groß und mit viel Wiese umrandet. Wir sind mit Kind angereist und konnten gut entspannen.

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

Antonio is an exemplary host! Nothing was too much trouble, his responses to our requests were immediate and he couldn’t have been more helpful. The views, location and ambiance are 5 star plus! Styling was minimalistic but on point. We loved the vibe and it’s the perfect couples retreat. Highly recommended! As hosts ourselves we know how important it is to communicate and provide a bespoke experience for our guests and Antonio exceeded all expectations!
