The accommodation is a 20 m2 studio with balcony, it is ideally located at the Col du Mollard, facing the Aiguilles d 'Arves, between the body of water and the Echaux ski resort. 30 m from the ski lifts, a convenience store, and sports shops, you are close to all amenities. The capital of Albiez is about 800 m away with a cinema, shops, bar. Seasonal entertainment (summer and winter). Free parking nearby.

My accommodation is close to Vanoise Park with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Maurienne Valley. You will also appreciate it for its calm, its outdoor spaces, for cyclists its location near the mythical passes of the Tour de France (Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer...) for skiers and hikers 5 km from the winter/summer resort of Les Karellis. My place is good for couples, solo travelers.

A beautiful place to spend a winter vacation (5/10 min from the snow front with ski lessons) as well as a summer vacation (many hikes to do as well as two puzzle games/walks for children). It also benefits from a great view to have your meals or aperitifs on the balcony.
