Family cottage of 190 m2 for 15 people on 3 levels, completely renovated. Ideally located chalet at the foot of the slopes (departure ESF course and ESF Piou-Piou club), 150 m from the lake. In Albiez-Montrond at the Col du Mollard in Savoie at an altitude of 1630 m. Authentically charming village with exceptional views of the Aiguilles d'Arves, small preserved natural paradise. Ski area open from 12/21 to 03/23 + possibility to ski on the Sybelles area 15 min drive until mid-April.

Apartment T2 of 32 m² , on the 1 st floor of a tourist residence with a private pool (opening only in July-August) ,located on the snow front with a ski locker and a parking space. The ESF is located on the ground floor of the residence. Balcony overlooking the swimming pool and magnificent view of the Aiguilles d 'Arves and Mont Emy. Caisses and departure from the ski lifts located opposite the residence. A stone's throw from the body of water, general food, and hiking departures.

Putting on skis right at the foot of your accommodation is obviously the dream of all vacationers who go to the snow 🤗 Just 150 meters on skis or on foot from the village square, the ESF, the nursery. In the top 20 charming resort villages and voted the 2nd most welcoming resort in France in 2023 by Airbnb. Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during school periods and during the ski season. Comfortable mountain chalet – Les Diablotins

This peaceful, spacious and very well arranged accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Completely renovated chalet (end of renovation early December 2024), bright, well-equipped located in the center of the resort. Walking distance: bakery, cheese shop, grocery store, sports stores, cinema, toboggan run, as well as ski slopes. Private parking spaces. Snow removal from the driveway and parking spaces provided by a company.

Beautiful 32 m2 apartment on the Albiez Montrond estate (Le Mollard). A beautiful place to spend a winter vacation (5/10 min from the snow front with ski lessons) as well as a summer vacation (many hikes to do as well as two puzzle games/walks for children). It also benefits from a great view to have your meals or aperitifs on the balcony.

We had a great week at the resort . Accommodation faithful to the descriptive photos and well-equipped. The snow front is not very far but the access is not so simple because on the heights. We left the equipment in the car so as not to ride it every time , especially with the kids .

Accommodation as described. Well-equipped, well-appointed, nice location. Very responsive host. I'll be happy to go back.

Highly responsive and responsive host Pleasant stay in atypical chalet. Well located: many hikes at the foot of the chalet, convenience store with bread deposit 5 min walk away, body of water 2min walk. And what a view!! We recommend it!

A detailed map of the ski area features designated trails and lifts across a snowy landscape. Various points of interest, such as restaurants and tourist information centers, are marked clearly. Elevation levels and safety zones are indicated to assist visitors in navigating the region.

Petra is a person who cares about the well-being of her hosts. The instructions were clear . The apartment is superb, we almostwant to invest time in it. I recommend it:)

Nice place close to the ski area of Albiez-Montrond. It was however a smaller ski area, so we decided to drive to Orelle (50min drive) and take the lift there to the ski area of Val-Thorens and Les Trois Vallées. In general a really nice stay, also the view from the balcony was great.

The serenity of the needles

We were 2 couples with 4 children, perfectly adapted accommodation. Beautiful views of the surrounding slopes and mountains. At the foot of the slopes and the Mollard ESF: what happiness with young children! A ski locker available at the appointment, very convenient too! Benefits with the ski rental located just below the residence. A small Sherpa 2min walk not even, which helps for a few errands. Close to a small restaurant on the slopes to enjoy very good crepes. A very responsive and accommodating host to facilitate our arrival with our young children. A delicate attention was also waiting for us when we arrived as a welcome. We recommend it without hesitation! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for everything.

A functional recreational room is featured, showcasing a foosball table in dark wood and a cross trainer in the corner. The walls are lined with wooden panels, and the floor is finished in a light color. Soft lighting is provided by LED strips along the ceiling.

We had a great time with the family! Ski slopes can be reached in 3 minutes by foot, so is the center of the village! Very well equipped, matches the photos and description! A little extra: the great view! 🤩 We will come back without hesitation!
