We enjoyed our stay at the tree house. Hendrick and Cathrin kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. They responded quickly with any concerns I had. Great location to UF, restaurants, shopping , and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood . They also offered us a bottle of wine. I would recommend the tree house !

Gerald’s place with the perfect stop on a road trip through Florida. Having a washer and dryer and quiet, peaceful environment were much appreciated. Gerald was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

What a beautiful home, from the moment we walked in, it was so comfy and homey. The home was just as described and most importantly it was very clean! The surroundings were so peaceful and green. The hosts were amazing, really went over and beyond to make us feel at home. They thought of everything by providing toiletries in case we forgot something and some welcome treats as well which was a very special surprise. We were in town for graduation but we will definitely be back just to relax and enjoy the tranquility this home offers.

Our stay at Hefziba’s listing was a family favorite and one of the best vacations we have taken together in a long time. We are an outdoorsy Florida family and this home on the ichetucknee was a dream come true for us. We have spend past family vacation visiting different springs throughout Florida and we loved this location so much, that we have all voted to visit Hefziba’s place again in the near future. The home was stacked with games and activities for my children- ranging from college age to elementary school age. We brought our own floats and paddle boards, but the Airbnb provided paddle boards and kayaks also.The community beach was a wonderful way to start and end each day outside, while fitting and long float or paddle board in each day. We have been home for one day and are already missing this place on the springs. The beds were comfortable, and the entire Airbnb was well loved, but extremely clean. Kate’s condo is very lovely—sparklingly clean and beautifully decorated! The layout with the two en suites on either end is perfect for two couples staying together. Very reasonably priced and reflective of the neighborhood.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront Airbnb! The house itself is absolutely lovely—tastefully decorated, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. It immediately felt like a home away from home, which made our time in Florida all the more special. The hosts were fantastic—very responsive, kind, and genuinely friendly. They made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish, and their attention to detail really showed. This rental was the perfect spot for us while we wrapped up a few final things before our move from Ohio to Florida. Peaceful, comfortable, and well cared for—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Jeanne's place was just what we needed for our springs adventure trip. all the nearby attractions and restaurants were just a short drive away. The place was comfy, cozy, and very clean. we felt right at home!

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Tomy's house was a clean, comfortable, and spacious stay for our party of five who was in town for a family event. There was ample room for all of us to both sit together as well as to have privacy as needed. Nice pool area as well. Met Tomy briefly who was friendly and unobtrusive so never really felt he was nearby despite sharing the home with him. As a newer host we believe he is still 'dialing in' the overall experience [one sink didn't drain well, etc.] but these are minor details that I am sure Tomy can easily address. I would have no qualms recommending Tomy's comfortable home to anyone visiting Gainesville. He made the checkout very easy as well! We appreciate you sharing your home with us for three days!

We had a great time at Johnny’s place. The house was perfect for accommodating a large group. It was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with families of deer roaming around which was beautiful to see. Everything was exactly as we expected. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the seventies feel it had. There was plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets for everyone. I really can’t say enough great things about our time here.

The unit was meticulously neat and clean. You have a great cleaning crew! Not a smudge on the white cabinets. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and you have everything you need if you want to cook and eat in. There’s a complete set of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean with lots of closet space. The grab bar in the shower is helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The place is easy to find, a short drive to shopping area and lots of restaurants. 3 suggestions, maybe an ice tray cube in the freezer for when you have water jugs that you want fill up with ice and water to take out with you. Also maybe a bigger shower head, an inexpensive upgrade that will boost its look and functionality. And an extra towel hook in the bathroom. Overall a very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

Our stay went well without any issues at all. Excellent communication-- very quick response time and very thorough which was appreciated. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials -- more than most in so far as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc... which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy which is one of the most important things to me personally. Location was convenient to everything that we needed. My only recommendation would be for the back deck to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything was great and I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb in High Springs, and I can't recommend it enough! - **Cleanliness**: The place was super clean, which made us feel right at home. - **Convenience**: It was incredibly convenient with e-b charging available and a garage, making our stay hassle-free. - **Pet-Friendly**: The Airbnb had everything we needed for our dog, which was a huge plus! - **Yard**: The yard was amazing, providing a beautiful space for relaxation and play. - **Rooms**: All the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Everything about this Airbnb was perfect! I’m already thinking about our next trip, and I’m hopeful that we can catch this place again.

This place was amazing ! VERY VERY CLEAN!! Decor was very nice, everything was freshly stocked. Adel was very friendly and proactive, messaging me before check in. Again, the place was IMMACULATE! So clean ! I appreciate that a lot. We were here for a volleyball tournament and I will stay again next season!

We brought our Frenchies. The cows were so close. The dogs loved the cows. I love cows too. Bob is a nice guy and quick to get you anything you need. Bob has two cats and they are both friendly. My husband snored loud, due to allergies in the area. I felt kinda bad, because I worried that he was too loud, but Bob never said a word. We were able to drive out to Gainesville every day and do things, not a long drive. We thought the yard was fenced in, but it isn't completely, so the dogs had to stay on leashes while outside. That wasn't a big deal though. Over all, we had a great vacation.

Our family of four enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. A modest country home nestled in the woods. Seeing all the deer coming & going, listening to the birds. Roads are beautiful with soft white sand and canopy trees make for the most enjoyable, relaxing walks, especially down to the Ichetucknee for a float. Private access was a privilege we loved, never dealing with any crowds. Fell in love with the area. Kayaked down the Santa Fe. Abundance of wildlife, and the perfect slower pace we love. Would come again. Host was responsive, nothing was ever needed as everything was well thought out. Home was clean & kept well ordered and prepared.

Very quiet, peaceful location. Super cute and clean house with nice screened patio and fenced yard for our pups. House was fully stocked with most things you need. Would definitely stay again!
