Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Das Ortszentrum von Sand in Taufers ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Reinbacher Wasserfälle sind etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso die Burg Taufers. Our house is situated in an extremely quiet location on the outskirts of St. Johann, far from through traffic.
