Das Ortszentrum von Sand in Taufers ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Reinbacher Wasserfälle sind etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso die Burg Taufers. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Our house is situated in an extremely quiet location on the outskirts of St. Johann, far from through traffic.

Large cozy traditional apartment on the first floor in the mountains. 1 min walk to the bus (ski bus in winter) and by bus you can reach 2 ski resorts within 5-10 min (Kronplatz 30 min). Families or groups of friends are always welcome, we have a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the mountains. Sights easily accessible by bus (Burgtaufers, Nativity Museum, Mining Museum, Climate Tunnel, Mineral Museum...) and there are also many hiking trails that we recommend
