Dennoch ist sie sehr nah am Zentrum und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so dass die Lage ideal ist, um sich zu entspannen, ohne abgetrennt zu sein. Es gibt Straßen zum Parken zahlen die Parkuhr sehr nah.
