A small bathroom with composting toilet, outdoor space with trees, picnic table and wide views make the retreat complete.

Newly renovated in 2026, this stylish one-bedroom apartment offers a modern and comfortable living space in a convenient location. The apartment features a separate bedroom, bright living area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to feel at home. In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.
