My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

The place was excellent, the first week we felt no need going places. So much to do in and around Barga. The house gives you the time to relax and on top of that Laura was more than helpful! Top host and we are certainly coming back and for a longer period so we can explore a bit more and maybe even visiting Sienna or Florence. Sound of Barga has another hidden gem: a separate appartment in the back which is not shown on Airbnb but available if you are with 4. Paolo and Laura, thank for this wonderful experience. Oh, luckily we took our e-bikes: cycling in Lucca and convenient in Barga. We love this place!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

Perfect for a night or a weekend in Modena. Cristina was very responsive and extremely friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Marina and Paolo’s hilltop home in the Tuscan hills was nothing short of magical. Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Several well-kept and restored accommodations with passion and expertise, immersed in greenery overlooking the valleys between Romagna and Tuscany. Perfect whether you want to relax or walk through villages and woods. Highly recommended.

A small paradise amidst olive trees We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Charlet near Pistoia. The location in a quiet olive grove is fantastic – perfect to escape the ordinary. The pool was ideal for cooling off in the summer temperatures. The Charlet offers everything you really need – and nothing you don't need. This is what makes the special, simple charm of this place. Francesco is a great host – warm, helpful and always available. We enjoyed every day and look forward to the next time!

It was a beautiful experience, on top of a Tuscan hill in a cozy and completely silent building. The hosts are very kind and always available, the spaces clean and as described. The welcome with house products was very warm and the tips on what to eat were much appreciated. Thank you so much!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. The renovated church was incredibly interesting and I was fascinated by its long history. The church is nestled within a tranquil olive grove which made it easy to relax and disconnect from the stressors of the big city. Roberto was absolutely incredible and I cannot give higher praise—he is truly the standard when it comes to hosts. He was attentive, responsive to any issues, and helpful to solve any difficulties that we had with travel arrangements. It’s easy to see why this property is in such high demand. It was my first time staying in Tuscany and Roberto’s church is already calling me back for another stay! Most highly recommended.

Casa Caterina is a magical & mystical time capsule, you will feel enriched by the views and its walls. It will have everything you need to lead a simple, wholesome life while there. The host Caterina couldn’t have been more helpful, recommending her friends’ beautiful restaurant (Buca di Baldabo) as well helping us get the stove going after a glass of wine when we couldn’t understand the screen’s language. You will leave feeling revived and whole, an incredible place! Thank you so much!

Very quiet and relaxed accommodation very good to escape the fast pace of everyday life

I enjoyed the home very much. We came in late and Laura was very accommodating with our arrival. She sent pictures of the house and instructions with how to get in. Her cat was most gracious welcoming us into the home. He/she was so friendly and my son loved every moment. Laura was even up early the next morning introducing herself and her dog to us! Laura left us with everything we needed for our stay and even a few treats in the refrigerator. She was very hospitable and friendly. I only wish we could’ve enjoyed the home longer. We didn’t book enough time to just relax in what is a very nice area and home. It seemed incredibly quiet and safe. The house is found after climbing a mountain by car. The scenery was spectacular. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We felt very comfortable, it is a place where you can be, Heather is a great host, the property is not just a vacation home, but a living space with history. Pavullo as the next place is convenient for shopping, not really beautiful, but you can go to Modena, Bologna or Carpi if you feel like going to the city...

The lady was immediately available for all our needs. Very nice, she always found time to chat with us and made sure we didn't miss anything. She and her family welcomed us warmly. Her home is cozy and very functional. Perfect area for those in need of an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
