Welcome to Montevento! The portion of the house for rent is part of an old stone farmhouse dating back to the 1600s. Perfect place to immerse yourself in nature, we are 700 meters above sea level, on the edge of a centuries-old chestnut grove and the woods. You can enjoy various walks including the CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola trail passing in front of the house. Reachable only by private means, it is 45 km from Bologna, 48 km from Modena and 100 km from Florence. The access road to the farmhouse is paved.

Villa surrounded by greenery with private garden and patio just 300 meters from the center of Monteombraro On the ground floor, the place you will stay (up to 4 people) find a large living room including a fireplace with an open kitchen; in the sleeping area we find a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. Green walks Swimming Pool Monteombraro Tables,chairs, and grill provided in summer (charcoal can be purchased in the village) check-in after 3pm check-out by 10am (for different needs, write to us)

The Terrace on the hill

Unplug. We are in a small village in the middle of the hills. If you're lucky, you could participate in one of the many events we organize during the summer. The village of Guiglia can be reached on foot along a path. Less than 1 km away, our friends at the White Dog Brewery will be happy to host you and, last but not least, the magnificent Sassi di Rocca Malatina are less than 5 km away If you like, there is the possibility to postpone check-out until 6:00 p.m. by prior arrangement.

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. Apartment of about 100 square meters on the ground floor, equipped with a bright kitchen, large living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, a double bedroom and a study room ideal for working and/or studying (possibility to add 1 single bed in this room in case of need). The apartment is one kilometer from the center of the village and just a 3-minute walk from grocery stores, bars and tobacco shops.

Exclusive suite in an old mill

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
