We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Beautiful apartment right in the centre with short walks to most places you’d want to visit in Zadar.

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

Franciska & Toni’s apartment is gorgeous, and very comfortable. The building is a little dark and scary upon first entrance, but it’s perfectly safe and once you get used to it, there are no problems at all! So easy to walk to the city center quickly. Franciska and Toni also gave us many wonderful recommendations. 100% would stay here again!

We had a great stay here in Zadar. Nikolina provided detailed instructions to help check in, the place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Was in a great location, we enjoyed our stay here.

For a family of 10 we had so much space . Lots of facilities in both parts of the villa but we generally cooked downstairs and was so homely . Beds very comfortable and home had air conditioning . Local shops and big supermarket so could eat in or go out . We had two hire cars so went to plitvice lakes which is well worth the visit and also split .

Was a great holiday quiet area and the host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was well maintained and the interiors were very nice, only the cushions are a bit hard, if you want something softer you should take your own upholstery. Also the smaller house where the "tavern" is located is very nice with a rustic look but modern kitchen. All in all, this is a great place to stay

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

We had an absolutely amazing time at this apartment! The space was clean, modern, and perfectly suited for a relaxing vacation. The view from the balcony is breathtaking—just 7 meters from the sea, so you can hear the waves and enjoy the beauty every day. Maruska was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and support throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable. A special touch was the care we received from Maruska's parents — they made us feel like we were staying with family, especially looking after our daughter, which added a heartwarming personal touch. The complimentary SUP boards were a fun bonus, and we loved using them to explore the water. The green area on the opposite shore created a peaceful and serene atmosphere, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There was enough parking space for our car, which made everything more convenient. We recommend this place and will come back in the future!

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. This was an excellent location with parking and 10 min walk to old town. I have 3 kids (12, 10, 7) and they slept nicely with 1 on the couch which was a large size. Apartment was clean, had many amenities (coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bathroom toiletries) towels for everyone. Washing machine with dryer was helpful! Ana was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, park, soccer/basketball which we went to daily! Thank you for a great stay!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without any problems. We will certainly be back!

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
