Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Wir sind ein privates Haus im Zentrum von Zell am See, seit Generationen von der Familie geführt. In einer ruhigen Nebenverkehrsstraße vermieten wir gemütliche Apartments im Sommer und Winter. Ein kostengünstiges Parken in Privater Umgebung sowie ein kostenloses Internet bieten wir Ihnen. Wir sind nur ein paar Schritte vom Stadtkern, zu Bootsanlegestellen und von den Bergbahnen entfernt. Lebensmitteleinkäufe und alle Arten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nahe und zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Das Sonnberg Apartment bietet in über 1100 Metern Seehöhe eine gemütliche Urlaubsatmosphäre. Die Fußbodenheizung, sowie die vorwiegend aus Holz bestehende Einrichtung sorgen für einen besonderen Wohlfühlfaktor. Ob im Sommer der Abend bei einem Gläschen Wein vor der Hütte ausklingt oder im Winter bei knisterndem Holzofenfeuer, in jedem Fall lädt die Unterkunft zum Entspannen ein. Es bietet sich ein spektakulärer Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und gelegentlich auch hinunter auf die Wolken.

Kaiserhaus Harald Astner Ebbs Studio 1

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Our comfortable single rooms ECONOMY with double bed (160x200cm) have just been newly renovated. The rooms have a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hair-dryer, safe, cable-TV with flatscreen, telephone, free WLAN and sound proof windows. It's possible that a second person sleeps in the bed (extra charge). Please let us know before via mail. Pets are in this room category due to carpet not allowed.

The Bellevue cottage is located on a small hill with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Quiet, sunny. Enjoy the terrace and meadow. The hiking trails lead from the house into the mountains. Dogs are allowed only upon request, costs are EUR 15.00 per dog per day.
