Der Hof ist sonnseitig 1100 Meter hoch über Viehhofen gelegen und ist im Winter und Sommer über eine asphaltierte Bergstraße zu erreichen. Bei normalen Schneeverhältnissen ist die Abfahrt Piste168 zum Hof über einen kleinen Tiefschnee hang oder 10min fuss marsch erreichbar. Welcome to our cozy, quiet and modern apartment with two separate bedrooms for maximum 5 guests. The apartment is south-facing and located on the sunny side between Zell am See and Kaprun in the peaceful district of Fürth, offering a stunning view over Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn ski area and its glacier. The locals from Zell call this area "the sunny mountain" of Zell and it is the perfect starting point for hiking trips in the summer and downhill/nordic skiing adventures in the winter.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Fichterhof

Our Fichtern farm is located at the foot of the Bichlalm approx. 20 minutes walk from the city center and is home to 15 horses and 2 ponies. The apartment is located in the attic with extra entrance and has a living room with sofa bed and balcony, bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. Our tap water is the best in the world, you don't have to carry still water.
