Michaela was really kind and helpful and went out of her way to help us find a charger for our electric car. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the beautiful apartment again when we are nearby. Hopefully until next time!

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. Great praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is deserted! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place "alive". There is no café, no ice cream parlor... that was a shame. We always had to go to other places for that.

It was perfect and Josef is a good and friendly caretaker. Nothing more to add 😀

Everything went perfectly! Julien was a very responsive host and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Really felt at home at Mel’s place! Her and her husband live across the street, so Mel met us and showed us around the house when we arrived. We really appreciated the bright windows and deck, as well as the lovely dishes, pots & pans, appliances, and comfy bed. Everything was great, the nice flowers on the table added a special touch! We had the upper space, and there was a tenant in the lower space, but we never really noticed him. If we return to Mitterfels, would love to stay with Mel again!

Very nice apartment, and nice hosts. There were no problems and spontaneous arrangements were also easily possible. So all as it should be.

It was a nice quiet stay in a nicely decorated flat.

Olga was a great host! The late check-in at midnight was possible without any problems. The next morning, our 3-year-old daughter even got carrots from her to feed the cows—a beautiful moment. The apartment was very clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. A special highlight: the view from the window – seeing cows and even deer directly in the morning was simply fantastic. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great weekend at the place! Everything was clean, well-maintained and as described. Check-in with the key safe was straightforward, communication friendly and fast. The apartment was well equipped – from kitchen to bathroom, nothing was missing. We especially liked the quiet location and the beautiful view of the countryside. Parking right outside the door was also super convenient. Ideal for families with children – we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The place was very nice, suitable for 2-4 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. Located near the train station Železná Ruda centrum. The host was very responsive, we were in touch and allowed us to check in later.

We were satisfied. Price performance was absolutely right.

Great new apartment, tastefully and modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker for beans, which we really appreciated. Located in a beautiful and peaceful place in nature, perfect for walking and relaxing. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our requests. Recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to relax!

Everything was as described and we were able to use the wellness area very well! Angelina was very accommodating and even brought a sled if we wanted to use the snow! Thank you!

Our stay at this beautiful place was just perfect! The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, extremely well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. We also met Katrin's mother briefly. They gave us a few tips for the area. ☺️ The highlight for us was the private hot tub including the possibility to watch series. Thanks to the manual, we were able to manage everything easily on our own. Katrin would also have been very accessible for questions. I look forward to staying there again! Thank 🫶🏻 you so much!

We were able to relax well. The apartment is great and uncomplicated for loading and unloading luggage. Swimming pool is great and we also liked the rest of the complex. The surroundings are very nice and were fantastic in the beautiful weather, which we had in our time on site. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to stay for a long time. There is even a possibility to use a washer-dryer. The bed is simple and good, we were able to sleep restfully. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. I think for a small apartment it offers a lot of amenities. Price - performance we found very good. Thank you!

Apartment is very nice. Andrea offered us clear instructions about the check-in and amenities of the place. She made everything easy for us and we knew where to find everything inside the resort. We felt ourselves well welcomed.

The place is the same as shown on the pictures. Really great.
