It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.
