Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Zavala

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The place is so beautiful that no photo will reveal this wonderful view that amazed us every day. The atmosphere of the house was amazing - we felt like on a deserted island surrounded by chickens, a rooster, who was our morning alarm clock, and the beautiful horses complemented the charm of this place... The house was clean, very well-equipped- and you can feel homely when cooking dinners on the patio. Close to the beach with a descent to the bottom where we were alone. Not only the atmosphere of the house, its location, the amazing view made an impression on us - such great hosts, with a huge heart, helpful and warm-hearted, and when we returned home, we received a gift from them and a beautiful bear for our daughter. With all our hearts, we encourage all those who value peace, quiet, nature, and paradise views. Thank you for everything- Arek, Kasia, Adrian.

We didnt want to leave!!! We are already recommending this lovely little find to friends and family and we will definitely be back. We booked last minute and Maja could not have been anymore accommodating and helpful. The villa was everything we could have wished for . Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing only 5 minute walk to the harbour and restaurants and 15 minutes to the beach. We rented a boat for the day to explore the islands and rented bikes for a day and cycled over to Jesla which was a delight. Hvar town is only 30mins taxi ride away . We had a wonderful time in the simple but fully equipped accommodation. Margarita's father Ante regularly provided us with fresh figs and was always available to us for questions or concerns. Our highlight at the accommodation was the outdoor shower with sea views.

Vinko made the experience exceptional! One of the best experiences with an AirBnB we’ve had. Thanks so much for everything Vinko!!! He personally escorted us to great restaurants and made special arrangements for wine tastings and a private visit to a wonderful local wine producer. Truly above and beyond!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Teraunah. The house and surroundings are perfect - everything has been thought through and designed to perfection. It had everything we wanted and more, with lots of beautiful stylish touches that made it relaxing and calm. It feels private and remote, yet you are short drive to beautiful historic towns and so many beautiful bays with clear waters to swim in. Neda and Adnan were friendly, helpful, responsive and provided a great welcome pack. We all (kids aged 9 and 12) loved it and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Neda and Adnan, you have created the most perfect peaceful haven 🌈

Everything was perfect, the accommodation was just as expected and the pool areas was even better than we thought. Antea is so friendly, you feel welcomed and helped with information, a taxi number for getting round the island and restaurant recommendations. If you want to visit Jelsa, stay here!!

We had the best time on Stari Grad! The accommodations were lovely and Marija’s offerings and recommendations made our stay more enjoyable. She was a very warm and welcoming host. If we ever make it back to Stari Grad, we would love to stay with her again.

Nice apartment, with a beautiful view (you really feel like you're on vacation). A beach is nearby, within walking distance and very nice for swimming with shady corners. A washing machine is also available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Davor's appartment in Jelsa! Its within walkin distance to the town centre, but you can alsof enjoy the view from the lovely balcony. Davor is an attentive host, and the appartement was exactly as mentioned.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbor was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We can't forget to mention the hostess, Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

The view from the apartment was absolutely incredible and we loved having access to the sea. Ana’s communication was also great. This really is a fantastic place to stay!

Lotti was a fantastic sweet host ❤️ We felt at home right away. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It was very clean and cozy. Lotti was very sweet, helpful and caring. She was also very helpful in providing information we needed about the place. We rented bikes and it is recommended. We quickly got around the island and saw a lot of exciting places. We will definitely go back there at some point. This place and apartment can be warmly recommended to others. Top marks from us ❤️🤩

11/10. The appartment is stunning both inside and out. It had a phenomenal view and was wonderful inside. Great location that is super close to the beach and a ton of restaurants and shops. The only thing better were the hosts who were extremely kind and super responsive. Easily the best place to stay in Makarska or surrounding area, far better than any hotel and was worth every dollar.

This is one little paradise. The house is located in a quiet part of the Basine near the town of Vrboska. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. During the day, you'll enjoy a courtyard full of flowers and the most beautiful color of the sea. And at night, you'll only hear the waves. This beauty can't be painted so you expect everything to be MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the pictures.

We were looked after by Dina's cousin Antea, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She looked out for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view down to the harbour from the living room window and outside seating area was lovely. It was a five minute walk down to the harbour with its selection of restaurants and a supermarket - a few more minutes walking back up because you have a slope to climb, but that should not deter anyone who is averagely fit. We took a water taxi from Lumbarda harbour right to the edge of pedestrianised Korcula Old Town, which cost 15 euros return and ran every 30 minutes. This was nicer than going by road and not too unreasonable considering that parking anywhere near the town costs 5 euros an hour. The Old Town is beautiful and a more relaxing, less touristy and so more atmospheric version of Dubrovnik with lots of nice art studios.

Increible apartment in Hvar. It was very near the main pier. The view outstanding and Francesco was incredibly kind with us sharind local recommendations and offering help at any time. We were 5 in the apartment and were really comfortable. Definetively a place I would like to visit again with my family!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Lovely, cosy, everything so close starting from beaches to shops to restaurants and church. Absolutely recommend this place to anybody. Felt very warm and comfortable. Will come again.

This rental property is so great. Our family arrived overtired, soaked from the rain, not feeling well from a very rough catamaran ride from Dubrovnik, and we were so hungry. This accommodation turned it all around! They left us a box of pasta and red sauce (we were all beyond grateful) and a stocked kitchen with so many helpful and special and generous add-ons. Beds were comfy. There is a market very close by for immediate food and beverages. The view was beautiful. It's an easy walk to and from the Ferry Port of Hvar... and all of the fun places in town. We rented e-bikes from Antonio Rent... which we highly recommend... also not far from this airbnb. Exploring by e-bike is such an efficient and fun way to visit so many places in one day... then coming home to this airbnb for a solid place to sleep, was perfect. This airbnb and the bike tour were so instrumental in turning things around, and making Hvar our favorite stop in Croatia. Coffee machine is Top Notch!

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.

Antonia propose à very nice apartment, very spacious with all you need within. It is located in a secluded little village, with access to nice beaches. Antonia welcomes you in person , which is very rare nowadays in Airbnb rentals, and gives you useful information and also she is there too when you leave. Antonia is a great host, we’ve loved staying at her apartment. We definitely recommend it.
