Roman is such a great host, I had a great experience staying in Carolina in his condo. Sunny or rainy weather, the home feel cozy from the first day. Will be back and would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

Extremely lovely cabin with incredible views. We were in March when it's quite cold, but at the expense of the air conditioner everything is very well heated. definitely recommend!

Thank you for the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not leaving the city. Very nice hosts, comfortable home, convenient location, modern renovation. There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.

The house was very pleasant, clean, and thoughtful. Perfect for 5 people. The host has always been in touch. Highly recommend! By the way: the host is a winemaking - we are very crowded 😉

Lovely place, good location , in a quiet cozy area, there is a grocery store in the house, near the beach and the park) beautiful courtyard, parking in a closed area is free) the hostess is a miracle,met, took me to the apartment, told me everything. I will definitely come back again

Yulia's place is as described, spacious, clean, great view of the Black Sea and sunrises at this time of year, a lot to do near the beach, grocery store, restaurants, clubs, malls etc. You can take a Bolt or walk to down town by the beach. I'll be back :)

Excellent location, the house has a fenced well-maintained area with a children's playground. To the sea and the promenade with entertainment, 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is clean,neat with all the necessary things and dishes. Clean mattress and fresh textiles (bed linen, towels). Everything works perfectly, no extraneous smells. Good soundproofing. The apartment also has a balcony where you can drink coffee,looking at the sea and the local surroundings:) The hostess is beyond praise! Attentive, responsive and pleasant to communicate with:) Definitely recommend!

We rented the apartment for almost a month. I liked everything. The residential complex and the area are very cool, especially for living there in the summer. Vlad was always available and answered all our questions. So we definitely recommend it!

I really liked the apartment and the owner! They allowed us to check in earlier, which was very convenient. The apartment is clean, bright and cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay: laundry appliances, hygiene products, hair dryer, iron, dryer, tea, coffee, air conditioning and smart TV. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We recommend it!☺️

My stay at this apartment was excellent. The apartment is very modern and classy. It’s a great environment to chill and relax, with plenty of space to move around, and has a comfortable bed. It’s a real gentleman’s apartment, a place I felt proud to be in. The hosts kept in regular contact about cleaning, and they were easy to get in touch with if there were any issues (simply via WhatsApp). It had everything I needed. And just quick walk to Arcadia. And far enough away not to have much noise at night. Will def come back there again!

+ • Good location, everything is close: cafes, shops, bus station, railway, castle • Nice view from the window to the bay, very nice sunset • The apartment is very clean, light and cozy • 2 beds, comfortable mattresses (one bed mattress is hard), good linen • Just enough for a short stay • The owner provided a very useful letter with establishments and tours nearby - • Very inconvenient method of check-in/check-out and long response time of the owner. We warned for arrival 2 hours in advance, then called 20 minutes and then still waited for 15 minutes in the yard, not knowing when we would be met, because it was almost impossible to get a call. The owner explained that the phone was on a phoneless, because the child, but the arrival time was known in advance. It would be much more convenient to contactless check-in through a key box. • Waking in April after a cold, the apartment was very cold, the thermometer on the radiator showed 12 degrees. One room has an electric heater, but it was very cold in the kitchen and other room. • There is no tea,

Compact apartment, good location 7-10 min walk from Arcadia, it was possible to arrange check-in and check-out times. There was one single issue but it wasn't critical and we sincerely apologized for her coming up. Overall everything was great, I advise!
