Excellent location, the house has a fenced well-maintained area with a children's playground. To the sea and the promenade with entertainment, 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is clean,neat with all the necessary things and dishes. Clean mattress and fresh textiles (bed linen, towels). Everything works perfectly, no extraneous smells. Good soundproofing. The apartment also has a balcony where you can drink coffee,looking at the sea and the local surroundings:) The hostess is beyond praise! Attentive, responsive and pleasant to communicate with:) Definitely recommend!

Close to perfection! Clean and modern accommodation, in a high-quality building! Next door is the best of Odessa: -The best beach! -The best gym! - the best shopping malls! - close to downtown and more! I'm definitely going to this place for my vacation!

Underground parking, location next to Arcadia and at the same time it is quiet, good view from the window - these are undeniable advantages. Shower-bidet, perfectly smooth and shiny cool for the feet in summer tiles, air conditioning - notes of comfort that I liked very much. White bedding, plenty of towels, good hot water in the shower. Large mirrors and a high ceiling - the room is spacious, bright.

The apartment is as described and photographed, very clean and cozy, has everything you need. The host is responsive, always in touch. I am glad that I chose this apartment, I recommend it to everyone.

Great apartment that matches the description and photos. Good looking and easy to use repairs. Quality furniture, appliances, bedding and towels. Dishes and even laundry and dishwasher pods are present. I won't even try to paint the view from the window - it's just beauty. We recommend and thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice apartment with sea view, very nice house, private area, 10 minutes walk to the beach, there is a nice supermarket on the way to the beach. Unreal service and wonderful hosts of the house. It's not the first time I've booked a place in Odessa,but this is the first time the apartment had everything : shower gel, powder, coffee/tea, cereals. The cleanliness of the house is better than in some hotels. I arrived early in the morning, Mila understood my situation and let me into the apartment even earlier than expected. This is the best option of those where I had to stay and the choice will now be only this house I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful sea view, private area with many different establishments - restaurants, shops, barbershops, beauty treatments, training grounds, access to the sea. Among the disadvantages - poor noise insulation

A very nice apartment in a calm area. There's an excellent café (Lark) around the corner that serves breakfast all day and also a great sauna (Dobrynia) where you can spend hours and hours.

Very nice , spacious apartment in a good location . Arcadia where there are many cafes , restaurants and shopping centers only 200 m away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for comfort. Nice terrace with a warm jacuzzi that I didn't want to leave . Definitely one of the best options for this price. We'll definitely be back .

Eldar is a great host, communication was amazing, no hidden details. His apartment was comfy, clean and is great for a group of friends/colleagues traveling together - we all had our own space to take rest. Definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Odesa ❤️
