The building is finished at 2017,calls 19 purl of Kadorr, so it is completely new, secured with cameras and with personal access, only people from this building has access to this territory. The location is more than the best, as it is near Arcadia, with all their night clubs, restaurants and good places for rest.

Everything is very good! The apartment is located in a new building. Everything is new, clean. Modern appliances. Everything is nearby, the sea, entertainment, shops, transport. The icing on the cake is the superhost of the Games. He treated our wishes with understanding. I found an opportunity to provide us with an earlier check-in and a later check-out. I'm satisfied.

I chose the apartment by photos and upon arrival it exceeded my expectations😍. This is a super cozy, comfortable apartment. Everything here has been thought out to the smallest detail. Super nice interior, there is everything you need for life. The owner is very responsive, responds quickly, all my requests were fulfilled, for which I am infinitely grateful to him)) So I highly recommend this apartment and the owner, you will not regret it)) and now I will come and stay here 🧡

I love this place! Panoramic windows on the 20th floor offer stunning views of the sea and the city. This is the case when you don't want to leave it. The apartment is stylish, clean and equipped with everything you might need (and even more). Very comfortable bed. The location is super: a residential complex under 24/7 security, a few minutes' walk to the beach, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants for every taste. It is convenient that there is parking in case of emergency. For a few days, we used the rental. Communication with Tetiana is a special pleasure. She is always in touch, responds instantly and willingly meets in any issues. Only warm and positive impressions! I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back here again during my next trip to Odessa. Thank you❤️❤️❤️

After the stay, only positive impressions remained, the apartment is perfectly clean, modern renovation and appliances, a great rooftop terrace. The owner always helped and answered all questions. I recommend.
