The entire top floor of the house. You have your own separate entrance from the street.You will definitely like it. Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.

The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.

Its a lovely place to be in, Lilia is a very kind and helpful person. It was a great experience to stay there, affordable price as well! If you ever visit Chişinău don’t hesitate to stay in this cosy place!

we had a great time at this charming place, clean, spacious house with a big terrace surrounded by grapes, beautiful view, friendly hosts, everything you can wish for when on vacation. highly recommended!

We stayed twice. Extremely positive experience, Oleksandr accommodated our non-standard check-in/check-out time. I highly recommend the owner and the accommodation - there is everything you need and even a little more. Oleksandr always adds nice household items and things necessary for a comfortable stay.
