Isaya is a great host. He helped us a lot in sorting out with local environment. On the last day of stay he drove us to airport at midnight and returned about 3 AM while it is quite tricky to drive on Zanzibar at night. Regarding the property - Zanzibar has big issues with electricity, but we always had air conditioneers working which is very important during hot season. Rooms were clear. Laundry machine worked well. Kitchen had everything required.

Very good communication and attention during our stay. The house is as it's shown in the pictures, with a nice swimming pool and very close to the beach. Definitively recommended.

Contact Mati about getting a taxi to his home because there’s no ride sharing app on the island and it’s easier to find the house for the first time. There’s a fisherman’s sandy beach a five minute walk from the house and the major road is five minute walk in the other direction. A/C and fan and WiFi functioned our whole stay with Mati.

A functional kitchen space features a gas stove and a stainless steel sink. Shelves hold various cooking items, while a wooden table is set with a bowl and a decorative tablecloth. Natural light enters through a window adorned with burgundy curtains.

This little pad was perfect. Quiet, secure and basically in the heart of Nungwi beach. Beach and restaurants were a 2 minute walk. Supermarkets a 1 minute walk. The accommodation has two amazing bedrooms each with ceiling fan and AC. Hot showers. Also you get an amazing breakfast with the stay. Fresh mangoes, pineapples and Avacado. Eggs on toast and an endless supply of coffee. Maurizio being the Italian host lent me his perculator and Lavazza coffee from the old country. Any minor issues Maurizio and Priska attended to asap and were an absolute pleasure. We stayed for three weeks and did not want to leave. Thanks again Maurizio and Priska

I had a great stay !! Very nice spacious place, great location ! Very comfortable clean room, bathroom and common areas. The coolest room I have ever been in in Zanzibar, which is a huge plus, because you sleep well. The staff Luciana is very friendly and helpful ! Wonderful communication. She is very intelligent and speaks very good English. I think if she had been born in Europe, she would have had a successful career by now. I am very glad I chose this place. I highly recommend !!

My wife and I had a wonderful and timeless stay:a week at Elite Garden. The pool, the huge accommodation, but the only problem for a long stay is that there is no dressing room or wardrobe to store our clothes. Cleaning and linen change is done every day. We were pampered by the hotel team. The restaurant offers very successful local specialties. Breakfast is hearty with little quirks every day. It is included in the price. In short, a very pleasant stay!

We had an amazing stay. If you are traveling in a big group this Villa is perfect. It’s incredibly spacious and you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The staff is amazing and was always there to help us out. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The kitchen is a big open space where you can cook together and have a great time. This is a very charming place to enjoy your vacation.
