Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

Features a spacious living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, two king-size beds of 180x200 (one electric), modern bathroom, WiFi, outdoor shower, underfloor heating, washing and drying machine. Parking is possible in the parking lot "De Zuid" opposite the house. Dogs are welcome.

The beach is 2 minutes walking distance. Everything is available inside; kitchen, walk-in shower, toilet, coffee, tea, towels, bedding, etc. The station is a 2-minute walk away. The apartment, located in the basement of our house, is accessible through our beautiful private garden and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The beach, the circuit, the dunes and the village are within walking distance. You have your own garden, which is separated from our private garden by a wooden fence. So both you and we have our own privacy. It may be that our very friendly cat will visit you in the garden, but it may not enter the apartment.

Happy Days Apartment opened its doors to the first guests in July 2020. This makes it a brand new apartment that is equipped with all comforts. The bedroom has a king size bed and digital television. The adjoining bathroom has a rain shower and is equipped with all the necessities. In the living room, there is the fully equipped kitchen and a cozy seating area for dining. In addition, there is a terrace with seating where you can sit outside.

This beautiful and cozily furnished accommodation is located on the first floor, on the outskirts of and overlooking the city center of Zandvoort. With a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, range hood, and a spacious fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a rain shower, a glass sliding door, a sink, and a soft-close toilet. We have a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite channels and stream Netflix!

The studio was completely renovated in 2023 and has been given a different layout. The comfortable bathroom separates the living area from the sleeping area, which offers more privacy.
