We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The host was extremely friendly and flexible with our check-in/check-out requests and communication was very smooth. The apartment was exactly as described and the bed was very comfortable. The location as well was wonderful, as the free beach was 10 steps away from our front door😃 I really recommend this apartment.

Der flexible 'Check-In' als auch der flexible 'Check-Out' waren sehr gut für uns, die wir eine weite Anreise hatten. Der persönliche Kontkat beim Check-In und die Erklärung des Hauses, der Haus- und Pooltechnik waren super und hat sehr zu einem tollen und entspannten Urlaubsstart beigetragen. In diesem Objekt konnte man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Blick auf den Plattensee und die tollen Sonnenuntergänge - da lässt es sich Urlaub machen. Die Tipps für die Umgebung von Carolin und Geoff waren sehr hilfreich. Die Infrasturktur in Balatonfützfö ist zudem überaschend gut. Fazit: Eine wiederholter Urlaub mit der Nutzung dieser tollen Unterkunft ist aus unserer Sicht nicht ausgeschlossen.

Importantly, the management team is always open to receiving feedback to enhance visitors' stays, taking it seriously to ensure high standards are met. The images posted by them accurately represent the furnishings found in the apartment. If there are no restrictions on the number of adults, the apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4-5 adults and one child. The beautiful Lake Balaton is just a 2-3 minute walk from the building, where you can rent small boats or yachts, swim, or visit the children's playground, equipped with swings, slides, seesaws, and more. If you are seeking a peaceful environment, this is the perfect location, as it offers a serene retreat away from the bustle of Budapest. However, the M7 motorway provides a quick connection to Budapest,with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes by car

3 napot töltöttünk itt feleségemmel és 8 hónapos kisfiammal. Az igényeinknek tökéletesen megfelelt a szállás, amely nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel büszkélkedhet. 10 perc sétára van strand, bolt, étterem. Maga a szállás nagyon csöndes és nyugodt. Néha úgy éreztük csak mi vagyunk a környéken, és senki más. :) Jó volt itt! 😊

This place is very strategic. It is right in the city center and only 15 minutes to the lake, which is not a problem as the view is enjoyable along the way. The owner may consider providing light snacks, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee sweeteners, or other basic items to welcome guests, just a little something to welcome guests who may be tired after their trip. They provide a coffee machine and kettle, but we had to buy coffee, tea, or sugar beforehand. Bottled mineral water might be worth considering. Small chocolates as a welcome gift would be greatly appreciated. There is a supermarket in front of the apartment, but we would like to have drinks upon arrival. We experienced some difficulty communicating at the beginning of the process because we had many questions, and the responses were relatively slow, taking several hours. Although all questions were answered well, I had to wait quite a long time.

A Balaton Sunshine Apartmanban töltött időnk egy felejthetetlen élmény volt. A hangulatos, tiszta lakás minden igényünket kielégítette: a jól felszerelt konyhában könnyedén készítettünk finomabbnál finomabb ételeket, a kényelmes ágyban pedig kipihentük magunkat a napfényes strandolások után. A tetőteraszról nyíló panoráma egyszerűen lélegzet elállító volt, esténként a csillagos ég alatt vacsorázni pedig igazán romantikus. Anita, a házigazda remek tippjeivel segített felfedezni a környék legjobb helyeit, és mindig elérhető volt, ha bármilyen kérdésünk merült fel. A közeli erdőben tett séták, a Balaton partján biciklizés és a hangulatos kisvárosok felfedezése mind-mind hozzájárultak ahhoz, hogy egy igazán színes és emlékezetes nyaralást töltsünk el.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig und praktisch gelegen. Wir sind zu Fuß zum Strandgelaufen in ca. 15 Minuten. Es gibt auch ein nettes Restaurant und einen kleinen Supermarkt in 5 Min Entfernung.

Közel a vonat állomáshoz, éttermekhez, és szórakozó helyekhez. A parkoló egész Földvàr területén fizetős. A szállás nagyon jól felszerelt és szép volt. Köszönjük. 🫣

Ganz ehrlich? Mit anderen Unterkünften und Vermieter kann man es wahrscheinlich nicht besser haben. Allerhöchstens gleichwertig, aber das wäre dann sehr schwer für diese zu erreichen. Mariann hat tatsächlich Ihre Qualität in Allem unsagbar hoch gelegt. Ich wünschte überall so toll einkehren zu können.

Great place to stay - we absolutely loved it! Would recommend just some bigger pillows and maybe a smart TV where you can connect to apps (Netflix etc), other than that it’s perfect and all 5 stars on everything! :)

Es ist eine im Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, dass das Wohnen zu viert sehr angenehm macht. David ist super nett und sehr bemüht! Wir hatten tolle Tage... zu empfehlen wären/sind Fahrräder, weil alles sehr weitläufig ist, in Siófok.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Balaton! Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche gab zum kochen alles notwendige her, wir haben sie jeden Abend genutzt. 😊 Sauna und Whirlpool luden zum verweilen ein, auch hier war die Einweisung super. 👍 Danke für alles! ☺️

Idealne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek! Świetna lokalizacja – blisko zarówno do plaży, jak i do pięknego parku. Ogromnym atutem była spokojna okolica (byliśmy poza sezonem), co pozwoliło naprawdę się zrelaksować. W budynku znajduje się basen i strefa wellness – zaledwie jedno piętro wyżej, bardzo wygodne rozwiązanie. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, niczego nam nie brakowało, a zadaszony taras okazał się idealnym miejscem na poranną kawę i wieczorny odpoczynek. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Eva sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemuetlich und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight war die Feuerstelle im Garten. Die Kinder haben sich ueber das Spielzeug in der Wohnung gefreut. In der Umgebung konnten wir viel unternehmen.

Nagyszerű tiszta apartman, lenyűgöző kilátással. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

Die Anreise war anfänglich etwas schwierig, wir kamen von der anderen Seite und der Weg war sehr schwierig mit dem Auto zu passieren (Autos die baulich tiefer gelegt sind, hätten massive Probleme beim passieren gehabt) aber nach Eintreffen wurde der befahrbare Weg erklärt (eigentlich richtiger Weg). Check In war unkompliziert und ging auch recht schnell. Unterkunft war relativ sauber (etwas staubig) aber ansonsten gab es nichts. Der außen Pool wurde sogar nach Nachfrage extra für uns für den Abend beheizt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ruhig und sehr schön. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Check out war auch unkompliziert und ging schnell.

A szálláshely rendkívül tiszta, minden fontos eszközzel felszerelt. Remek környék, csodás kilátás a tóra. Kifogástalan volt minden, köszönjük szépen!:)

Рекомендую всем для отдыха,шиикарная набережная,рядом много лебедей,сад роз,всё в пешей доступности,прекрасная гавань с яхтами. Очень приятный хозяин,отвечает в любое время на все вопросы, в комплекте есть бассейн для детей,джакузи,сауны,зал с тренажерами . Сам город очень уютный,как дома,всё чисто ,костёл, много памятников идти 15минут, можно на велосипедах и самокатах. Всем хорошего отдыха на озере Балатон и с этим домом и хозяином!!!
