In the neighborhood of the Kali pool, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we are offering a guesthouse completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 additional guesthouses host. The house has its own garden, terraces and an oven suitable for barbecue. There is also a covered carport for the guesthouse. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

The apartment is located in the heart of Tihany near the Tihany Abbey, restaurants, souvenir shops, the lovely inner lake and a step away from the great Lake Balaton. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Balaton as well as the heritage town of Tihany. Couples, families and groups of friends are welcome to stay in my heritage home. Extra 800 HUF has to be paid as tourist tax by each person for each night above 18 year olds.For 1-2 night stays and for pets have extra charge.

We have 4 separate apartments in our apartmenthouse. During main season from 13.6.-31.8. we can provide our apartments for minimum 5 nights, during holidays for min. 3 nights. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
