The Property is on the beach .Fishing and snorkelling gear is provided. As a green smart house aircon is not necessary as its placed in an area where the sea breeze is cool enough dropping the temperature by 10 degrees at night and a blanket is needed in July /August. The caves and the marine life will suprise you.

This bungalow stands alone a 2 minute walk from Kalamaki beach. There are 2 bedrooms 1 with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The living area has a double bed in the 7 seater sofa. New for 2024 is a private pool, 11 metres long with a seated spa area private for bungalow guest's only. As can be seen in the pictures many various seating areas and dining table for outside dining. The pool area is private from onlookers and has a view to the natural areas of Zakynthos.
