Vacation rentals with a patio in Zakinthos

This airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We fell in love with the views and the kitty’s that walk around and come say hi. If I ever return to Zakynthos I will book this Airbnb again

The apartment was very nice, just like on the pictures. You felt like home. The host was very friendly and always available. I highly recommend it to everyone!! PS: Nikos' best man :)

We had a great stay! The hosts are super friendly and nice, the location and view (sunrise!) are perfect and the apartment is very nice and new. Check-in procedure and communication was very easy going and the apartment was cleaned every second day incl. fresh towels. Thank you very much!

Nice apartment! Worth it

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and his father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay were much appreciated (especially water and grapes!). The house was exactly as shown in the photos and the location is convenient for walking to all the services and points of interest in the area, in particular the nearby beach where sea turtles lay their eggs.

Maria and her husband are really friendly and respond within minutes, all the time. They helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured, everything we needed was there. I would definitely book with Maria again!

Every thing was amazing, Marjana was so helpful and friendly. Our Appartment was cleaned daily, it was pristine. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice and big appartement in a very good location to reach all the places one want to visit fast and easy by car. The pool is shared with the other appartements in the building, but we had it for us most of the time. The gym can be used in coordination with Sotiris. We would love to come back with friends to use the big and beautiful garden and grill area.

The place is close to the main street of Laganas with many restaurants and small tourist shops and the beach. (5-10 min walk) Yet far enough away that it is quiet. The garden is nice with the fruit trees. The house itself is pretty and everything necessary is available. Dionisis is a very nice host. He also brought us fresh eggs and grapes. The family is very personable and answered all my questions quickly. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome. The accommodation was peaceful, providing a perfect place to relax. At the same time, it was conveniently located, allowing easy access to various places. I would recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s perfectly located, super clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everything we needed was there. Spyros and Magdalini were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again! My boyfriend and I were on the island for the first time. The place was perfect. Quietly located but not sloping. We were warmly welcomed and got tips for our stay. No matter what you needed, Paganitos took care of it and was available around the clock. They were friendly, warm, and open. We also fell in love with the cats who visited us in the morning and evening and were hungry. Of course, we gave them food and water ;) We would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We had a great time on Zakytos. Staying at Villa Fornotale played a big part in this!! Everything was perfect! The Villa is very cozy and the beds slept wonderfully!! Manager Maria was a treasure who supported us with all our questions. We recommend a stay at Villa Frontale to everyone.

Quiet place, a few minutes walk to the town center. Good view of the Harbour. Leisure moments with facilities where we can dine and chat outside the house.

This little villa in the olive grove is perfect for a relaxing and decompressing holiday. The place is immaculate, with a lot of attention to detail, it's welcoming and homely. Will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb for two nights with friends! Gedis and Stratos were incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, which just perfect for our stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely love to come back again if we have the chance in the future!

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Located away from the city center, but very close, this rental is ideal for enjoying Zakinthos. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Nothing to say, address to remember that we recommend for 2 or 3 people.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

The apartment is in the middle of the city, there is a lot to do and a 3-minute walk away is a very nice square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good air conditioning and good beds. We really enjoyed very much. Also there is a washing machine which is very nice. The balcony is very large and there is a nice table outside where you can sit with enough people.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

The apartment is beautiful and spotless. It was absolutely perfect for a couple to come home to after a long day. we loved having 2 terraces to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. Also very convenient having a washing machine after a 3 week journey too! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The house was perfect!Very clean and cosy,the hosts were the nicest people ever and they helped us with everything. Its location requires a car to visit the nearby beaches and the neighbourhood is quite and away from the city's noise.I highly recommend this place to everyone that visits Zakinthos!
