On frosty days there is nothing to worry about, the new tiled stove will heat the caravan beautifully and the water will not flow from the tap, but it will be prepared for you anyway😊 By agreement, it is possible to arrange breakfast in a basket with delivery.

It has always represented the warmth of home for me. It is equipped with all the comforts you will need during your stay. It is personal and suitable for a longer stay. If you are a pleasure-seeker like me, then you will surely appreciate the crackling fire in the fireplace in winter. In summer, you can also use the outdoor seating by the grill. This space can be used by all guests of the house.

In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

The large apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic villa in the resort center of Marianske Lazne. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living room has two armchairs, a sofa bed, SmartTV (O2TV - 82 channels in different languages). The bedroom has a bed, bedside tables, SmartTV. A spacious bathroom with a large shower area. Separate toilet. Wi-Fi, washing machine, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. All windows are equipped with blinds that allow you to completely shade the rooms.

It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.
