Maria’s place was cozy and had special touches with pretty linens and vintage decor. She also had very well stocked personal products. The apt has a separate entrance and is above their home. The stairs might feel steep for some people. Loved the large bathroom! We really liked the layout of the apartment. Maria was very kind, we enjoyed meeting her as we were leaving. Thanks for providing brochures on things to do in the area! We really enjoyed walking around the Wells reserve trails. One of the locals recommended the Fishermen’s Catch in Wells to get lobster and it did not disappoint. A great weekend at Maria’s place… just a few houses off of route 1!

Shannon’s place was cozy, cute, inviting and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was really comfortable and so were the pillows! (It did get a little hot at night, so if you’re a warm sleeper you may want to pack a fan with you.) Shannon was a responsive, kind host. The beach parking pass and wine were such thoughtful touches. Overall, it was the perfect home base for all the Kennebunks have to offer! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Neither words nor photos accurately capture this fantastic apartment. Lives larger than it looks. Every architectural detail is creatively crafted and well articulated. Sunny, bright and beautiful views from all windows. Well located, easy walking to shops, restaurants, museums, bakeries, coffee shops and the waterfront. Communication with Alice was effortless. Highly recommend for your next visit to Portland. We will definitely stay again.

Spotlessly clean. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was well supplied and very useable.

Very cozy little apartment. Perfect for a couple or maybe small family. The outdoor patio is a lovely touch! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Alex was a great host!

Katrina's place was great!! I've never slept on such a comfortable bed!!! It was a bit difficult to find but Katrina's instructions warned that some navigation systems would have a hard time and she offered detailed instructions on how to locate the place. Check in was seamless and the place was spotless. It was absolutely perfect four our one night stay. Katrina was very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever visit Portland again.

Matches exactly to the pictures advertised. Clean, very close to a quiet, almost private like beach. If you’re a lady into makeup, I recommend bringing your own travel mirror as the mirror in the bathroom was smaller and not above the sink. Would definitely recommend/return in the future.

Excellent location! Right on the beach. Beautiful gardens. Bird feeders gave us some view of the wildlife. The indoor porch was a spectacular place to sit and surround yourself with natural light. Roku TV allows you to easily connect your streaming platforms. We appreciate the kitchen basics provided.... basic spices and oils are a nice touch and very helpful. Very comfortable.

Very helpful when needed help around the house. Some places of the house has guidance on how to use specific things. Very good and quiet location, definitely would come back

Kara’s place is peaceful and quiet. We loved the dirt road, and how easy it was to relax here. The interior is beautiful, calming, and stayed very cool during the heat of the day. The kitchen and bathroom (shower) were my favorite parts of the house! A nice yard for our daughter to walk around in and play! Very safe and friendly neighborhood. Definitely walkable to the beach- even though we chose to drive each time with a young child. Kara was responsive and actually saved us on short notice after the Airbnb we were originally staying at cancelled day of! We would stay again, and highly recommend. Removed from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to still want to go daily.

Yvonne needs to get an INFINITE number of stars, not just 5. Her Luxurious property really stands out from the crowd and this is coming from a very picky guest with high expectations and love for cleanliness, beauty and comfort. Truly a home away from home. If you reserve this property to stay for an endless number of days, you will NOT regret it. This property offers you all: The one million dollar view, the beauty of nature and lots of things to do while feeling relaxed. We traveled with 2 kids, a grandma, and a small dog and we all enjoyed our time there. Yvonne has thought of every little detail and I doubt that many hosts out there would go out of their way to make their guests feel special. There was a welcome gift, lots of games were provided for entertainment, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit wood, outdoor kitchen and bathroom.... The lake is beautiful and clean. You will NOT run out of things to do inside this big home on a very hot or rainy day. We will be coming back!

This was a very clean and comfortable home. It was close to everything we wanted to see in Portsmouth. A 5 minute drive downtown, but could also be walkable with sidewalks-25 min walk. Portsmouth is a very pedestrian-friendly town. There is street parking and it is a rather busy street, but we did not have a problem parking a few hundred feet away across the intersection. We had a small issue when we were there and Adam & Lisa were very responsive. The front enclosed porch was nice to have a place to put sandy shoes after a day at the beach! The ½ bath and laundry were a nice bonus too! Overall, I would recommend this house and stay there again!

From clearly identifying locations of kitchen items to helpful hints throughout the home, just about every T was crossed and every i dotted! It has everything we could have needed for a long or short stay. It didn’t feel like we were intruders or temporary guests… it felt like we were home! The only negative thing I’d have to mention is the bed in the front corner bedroom. It was VERY cushy… too cushy. With two people sleeping there, it caved in the middle so you were nearly on top of them the whole night. Gary and Cynthia were wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail in the historical home they renovated is very well thought out and smartly done! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay in a town a little off the beaten path, this place is it! Two thumbs up!

We loved staying at Scott's airbnb! It's the perfect location for a quintessential Portland weekend. The unit is meticulously cleaned and Scott was very responsive and a great communicator. We stayed here during our wedding weekend and it was a great choice! We look forward to future visits!

This was a perfect location for enjoying being in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. You get live music down stairs, a few steps away from the beach, quick walk to downtown/pier. Totally worth it! The condo is beautiful and comfortable.

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

We only had a very short overnight stay on our way through Portland but this would have been the perfect spot for a longer weekend as well! Loved the location and size for five friends.

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

We had a great first stay in Portland. Carl was very helpful, accommodating late checkouts and a clogged sink! The apartment was comfortable for a family traveling - walkable to just about anything you'd need. I would absolutely recommend!
