Vacation rentals with a hot tub in York County

The house was perfect for our group of 12. It was spacious and well-cared for. While not located in downtown Portland, it was just minutes away by car. There was ample parking in the driveway and on the street. Meghan was a very responsive and flexible host. We had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and close to Long Pond, which is a gorgeous spot. We love the deck and jacuzzi, the house is an ample size for our group. Eric was a gracious host and so communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend and we would not hesitate to book here again.

The property was well-maintained and the layout worked very well for our family of four . The yard (nine acres) was fun for the kids to explore (our youngest child even drew a map!), and they were particularly thrilled to "discover" the pond on the property. The hot tub was exceptionally clean, and the kids enjoyed the hammock on the deck. The hosts also have quite an eclectic music selection - everything from Pachelbel's Canon, Harry Belafonte, Claude Debussy, acoustic guitar, and some 90's rap artists. The host was very responsive and checked in each day, and the beaches (where we spent most of our time) could be easily reached by car. Overall, relaxing stay for our family.

This beautiful venue was worth every penny. Chris greeted us and made us feel right at home, even pointing out opportunities for viewing local wildlife! Our party of 10 (ages ranging from 14 to 74) never felt crowded, a floor for every family! The kids even played "hide & seek" in the house. We made memories that will last a lifetime. Try as we may, we can't think of one thing we would have changed about our stay. Thank you Chris, Jason and family for sharing this beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Lots of amenities and the hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. It was roomy for our family of 5 and the beds were really comfortable. I’d say it easily accommodates 6-7 people. If you are adventurous and don’t mind sleeping in a small loft or a basement setting you could fit 10-11.

Vacation condo on a cute lake with comfy beds and easy access to town! The host provided lots of great recommendations too. Perfect for shorter stays - long ones might be harder without a dishwasher or washing machine. Kitchen had all the basic amenities. We enjoyed our stay a ton.

Camille’s place was a home away from home. Very centrally located to shopping, dining and sightseeing with quick access to several beaches. Beautifully renovated with nice touches like extra pillows on beds and fluffy towels in the bathroom. Perfect for a couple or a small family; with a nice outdoor area for a fire, grilling or just relaxing. We enjoyed the proximity to all of the spots we wanted to see and the bright and airy feel of the space overall. Definitely looking forward to returning.☀️

Staying at Pond View was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting and the beautiful views overlooking the pond. The property is even more stunning in person than in the photos — serene, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The home was spotless, decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was taken care of — fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and cozy touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the porch and ending the day with the hot tub/sauna. So relaxing! Our host was responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and ensuring our stay went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making this a special place for their guests. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with gorgeous scenery and all the comforts of home, look no further. We can't wait to come back to Pond View!

Absolutely stunning cabins in the perfect location - close to both Kennebunkport and Kennebunk and the corresponding beaches. Driving in down the long, private driveway it feels like something out of a movie. The cabins are pristine and so, so cozy - both stocked with everything you might need for anything from a beach day to a peaceful night by the fire. This was the perfect getaway and Audrey+Seb were amazing hosts. We hope to be back next summer!

We were looking forward to a relaxing stay in Kennebunk and Audrey and Seb’s home was perfect. The property and home are both new with lots of privacy. The inside is pristine and organized with lots of natural light. Everything we needed to cook with was there. The hot tub and fire pit were a nice plus. We would love to stay in the winter and use the wood stove 🔥. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Charming cabin! We had lots to do although we mostly just relaxed. Catherine was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Great central location and the fire pit is magical.

I stayed here with my 4 nephews from 6-12 years old and 8 adults for a family vacation. If you are looking for a great place to relax with family this is ideal. Also the fishing was phenomenal.

This place is truly a haven! We were looking for relaxation and this was the perfect spot. Lots of thoughtful details and everything we needed to unwind. Less than a 5 minute walk from the lake. Gesine was very responsive and friendly. When the power went out one morning (neighborhood outage) we called Gesine and she was over within 20 minutes (with her cute dogs) to fix the generator. As others have said, the stairs to the bedroom are very steep and narrow and the bathroom is on the first floor. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to note if you have any mobility issues.
