We had a great time at Todd’s place. Communication was clear, his spot is in a fantastic location, and it had everything we needed for a girls weekend away. We really appreciated the thoughtful Mother’s Day treats upon our arrival too. Wonderful host!

Deborah was very helpful and quick to respond. She had great suggestions on where and what to visit. The travel magazines she had on her TV stand were extremely helpful. The bed was very soft, which I love, so I slept really well. We loved the touch of having beach chairs available. The only downsides I can think of, are that the shower is very small, and it’s hard to back out of the parking space.

The place was awesome, lots of space, and in walking distance to town which was a huge plus! Our group throughly enjoyed our stay and the k-cups for the Keurig was a nice touch & much appreciated. We loved making coffees in the morning, it was so convenient. Zac was extremely responsive and super helpful and even sent restaurant recommendations! Would stay again!

I went with a couple of friends for a relaxing weekend in the fall. It was lovely to have the beach so close by! We took a short day trip to Ogunquit where there was quite a bit of activity; lots of shops and restaurants to check out. Coming back to Melissa's place was cozy and relaxing. Since this was off-season, it is pretty quiet in the area. I felt more comfortable taking a stroll to the beach in the evening with a friend but would be hesitant to go alone. Despite that, we got the weekend we wanted: peace, relaxation, the ocean, things to do nearby, and a place to stay that was quiet, cozy, and clean. Thank you Melissa!

Perfect little place for a weekend away near Portland!

The expansive second floor living space with the wonderful river view was modern, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Having two bedrooms with Queen beds and two full private bathrooms was ideal for our party of three adults. The three flights of interior stairs to access the unit was the only downside, as one member of our party has mobility issues. However, sturdy railings made it doable. The property was very convenient for attending a family Thanksgiving gathering in Portsmouth and for visiting Strawbery Banke during our stay. The owner communicated well and was very responsive to our questions and unique needs.

Was the perfect place for a little mental retreat, was exactly the place I needed to be to clear my head and escape reality for the week I spent there. The host Amie was so helpful with questions about the area and able to give recommendations on local restaurants and parking for visitors. All in all I had an amazing time here and will definitely be booking again.

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

This home was just perfect for a few days of R&R for my sister and me. The apartment is perfectly appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and easy stay. Kudos to the designer - the space was the perfect blend of a lovely aesthetic and function. I will certainly be remembering this little gem for the next time I'm in Portland!

Thank you so much for this beautiful slice of lakeside living! Wish we had a longer stay (without rain) to truly take advantage of all that’s available. It was awesome waking up to the gorgeous lake views. You thought of everything as far as snacks and coffee. Such a spacious stay with rooms for everyone in our three person party. Thank you for your flexibility on checking in a little earlier than we’d anticipated. Great communication before and throughout our stay.

The condo was perfect! Very clean, neat, cute decor. I loved the box of dog supplies that the host left. The condo was also in a GREAT area, walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores. The host, Jason was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return to Portland and stay in this condo again.

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location here truly can’t be beat-walking distance to everything Kennebunkport has to offer. We loved that the property was pet friendly and well stocked. The property itself was exactly as described with very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Robert and Janette were incredibly responsive with our questions and recommendations and had clear checking and checkout instructions. A true gem of a weekend getaway!

James' place was the perfect spot to spend MDW with my friend. The location was absolutely perfect, a short drive to the beach. The home was stocked with everything we needed, including lots of towels, waters in the fridge, toiletries, etc. Not to mention, it was spotless. I was able to bring my dog, who also felt right at home. There was some confusion when checking in and the hosts responded so quickly and resolved my issue immediately. We cannot wait to come back and visit and hope to stay here again.

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Great location -- perfect for a "work away from home" week or an autumn visit -- hosts four adults super comfortably, location is great. Third year in a row and we always come back to here!

We love the location since it affords us quick access to the beach as well as other areas we have stayed over the years. Brianna is a super host and communicates well with us throughout the whole experience. We certainly will be back.

Great little spot right between short and long sands! Clean, well equipped (sand toys and boogie boards and chairs!), and Tara was very helpful when we couldn’t find the location driving in at night. Would definitely rent again!

This was a great find and enjoyed our 3 week there - We got to meet a few neighbors, and they were very nice as well - Very close to restaurants and Wells Beach - WIFI worked great as I work from home and the tip about leaving the second car at the Wells Transportation Center helped a lot ! Danielle was great with communication and rules - We would stay here again

Lovely cottage with EVERYTHING you need (e.g, kitchen & bath items are very well stocked with many options - condiments, coffee/tea, hair dryer, towels, health & beauty products - you name it!)! The location is close to lovely attractions and eateries. We visited Lobster Pt. Lighthouse and took a cliff walk - beautiful views! Ogunquit beach is also close by. Highly recommend Hobbs Harborside Restaurant - great seafood! Diane was a very accommodating and responsive host! It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway.
