I'm from Poland, and i was staying at Komitas Avenue Guest House in Yerevan for one week. Check-in went great! The housing fully met my expectations! Excellent combination of price/quality. The manager is a very kind woman, she explained in detail what attractions, shops, currency exchangers and services there are around. I am very glad that I chose this hotel. I'd love to come back here again!

I recommend this place as it is cheap, clean and close to local shopping and services.

This guesthouse/hotel is the centre of the community and of Armenian culture. It's full of life and has extremely hospitable and friendly staff. We had a great time, and also dined at the restaurant inside couple of times: fabulous food! I would strongly reccomend staying here instead of Yerevan, as it's so peacful and far away from city streets and noise. Also usefult to avoid traffic and easy reach for vehicles to bring you to all the main attractions.

Thanks to Elina we live in the best possible place to live! Her house is large, light and warm. It is pretty close to Yerevan, but in a quiet place with fresh air and beautiful sight on the snowy mountains. We’ve got acquainted with her family - they are so amazingly friendly and easy to get along! We are absolutely happy that we got lucky enough to rent this exact house from these exact people. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Lovely place to stay, in a fenced area there is a large orchard. The place is very cozy, has everything you need and even a Netflix subscription;-) Friendly and helpful hosts!

Narada was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We ended up changing our room from the house to one of the cottages in the garden and he was helpful about this, and our plans kept changing last minute and he was very flexible about dates. So all round great relaxed host. The cottage where we stayed was cute and comfortable, and very peaceful.

Amazing hospitality, brand new rooms with private bathrooms. Sparkling clean. Khachatur is great host who did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would recommend the place to everyone who appreciate cleanness, cozy calm atmosphere.

Nice guest house, 20 minutes walk to the center, located on the elevation from where you can see the city, good soundproofing in the room, everything is new, only after renovation

Seva is the nicest host I`ve ever met in airbnb. EVER! We were there with one year old, sick childe and she was so nice and helpfull to us. Whats more, brakfast made by her was super deliciosh. Hospitality 11/10 :)

Yes, there is a supermarket just downstairs, and there are many restaurants nearby.
