Excellent location to discover Erevan, great communication with Narek and comfortable apartment!

Had a great experience at this place in the centre of Yerevan. It is good for 5+ people. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The host was very understandig and let us check in later because we were late from the airport. He also gave us a brief description of surroundings and gave us advice during our stay in Yerevan. The appartment is big and everything stated in the description is working properly (Wi-Fi, washing machine,hairdrier, etc.) Good value for the money, looking forward to come back!

I had a lovely stay at Gevorg's place! The apartment is cute and cozy, with all the listed amenities. Even though the apartment is just on the second floor near a busy street, the trees in front of the windows give you a wonderful sense of privacy! Gevorg is an excellent host, always helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and I'd happily recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and attentive. It was nice of her to call the next day to see if everything is good and we had everything we needed. The location is great right in the center of the city. The only problem was the entrance which is not in the main street and it took us some time to find it. Also be aware that there is no elevator and there are some stairs to get to the apartment. Overall we had a nice stay and I recommend it if you are planning to go to Yerevan.

Dr. Meri's place was spotlessly clean, accurately described and Dr. Meri herself is a very helpful and amazing person. She even had some snack prepared for us, so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket to get supplies, even though one of them is just the opposite side of the street. If we'll be back in Yerevan, we would be really happy to stay at her place or rent it long term. Please do not hesitate to contact her or just go ahead and book her place. Her place is the best Airbnb we ever stayed. Her place is in a walkable distance from the center (took us about 15-20 min, depend on the route we took).

everything was perfect! the apartment is cute and cozy, and has everything you might need, down to the smallest detail. it was warm and i could adjust the temperature, which i really appreciated in november! the location is pretty much in the center, but it's the quietest apartment i've been to in yerevan. the communication with the host Syuzanna went smoothly. thanks again for everything!

Nice apartment, approved location. Three minutes from the square, lots of cafes, taverns around; within walking distance is a small grocery store with affordable prices. The apartment has dishes, electricstove, refrigerator. You can cook. I'm happy if we use this apartment again in Yerevan.

Good place, though be aware that there are no way to open any window, although there is a lovely close balcony, just without any opening opportunity. Air conditioner on the other hand works fine. Overall good experience.

The owners of the apartment, Edgar and his mother, are very welcoming, open and pleasant to ralk to. They are very hospitable to their tenants and their needs. The apartment is relatively poor and not very clean - but this is compensated by the hospitality and character of the owners. They apartment is well located in relation to locations in the center of Yerevan. The pleasant loggia offers a good view of mount Ararat. In the evenings, soft, positive local music can be heard from nearby restaurants; the apartment and the house arr quiet and peaceful, there are no problems from the neighbors.

We are very glad that we chose this apartment. Everything is very cozy, very clean, there are all the essentials. Very convenient location with lots of shops around , subway as well as five minutes away . Anna and her husband are incredibly hospitable, sincere people, thanks to whom you fall in love with Armenian culture. We were greeted at the airport , we went to all the shops around the airport and explained where and what was best to buy. We were always in touch, answered any questions instantly, so our vacation was very comfortable. Thank you so much for the warm welcome !
