A guest house with a separate entrance, a beautiful courtyard and a garden. A great opportunity to feel at home. There is a parking space. In the yard there is a swing, a table. Have breakfast under the canopy with wisteria! The house has a fresh renovation, heating, air conditioning, Spanish furniture, German and Italian appliances, kitchen utensils, TV, sofa, armchairs, work area, printer. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower cabin, heated floor.
