The size is 330 ㎡. We renovated the building that was originally a pension and made it a whole house for rent. The first step is to be barrier-free.There are no steps on the 1st floor except for one room from the entrance. The living and dining room is over 25 tatami mats. You can lie on the sofa or on the carpet. And there are two types of hammocks. There are two 65-inch TVs. One in the living and dining room. You can also enjoy a fire in the fireplace. There are 11 rooms in total. 31 beds in all rooms. There is a TV in the room in 3 rooms. And the large bath has about 25 different minerals and is warmed by filtered water with a powerstone "black silica" that increases the vitality. 12 cassette stoves are available so that you can enjoy the barbecue and pots for meals. There are also 5 accessory plates, such as grilled grilled, takoyaki, and teppanyaki. There are also plenty of dishes, and the beer jug is cooled in the private refrigerator. The wine cellar is also available. There is also a washing machine and a dryer so there is no hassle to dry your laundry. In an environment of 1750 meters above sea level, you can enjoy fresh greenery in spring, cool in summer, autumn leaves in autumn, and skiing in winter.

During the snow season, it is in a great location just a 5-minute walk to the 6th lift of the Tangram Ski Circus, with excellent access to the ski slopes. Famous ski resorts such as Myoko area ski resorts, Nozawa Onsen, and Roketa Alpine Resort are also 30-40 minutes away by car. It is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy winter activities. In the green season, you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking, SUP, and fishing at Lake Nojiri, which is a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy the great outdoors of Shinano-cho.
