Lovely apartment in a new building in the wine-growing village of Ochsenfurt, with a view of the Main and a balcony. Beautiful river location, right on the Main Valley cycle path and various hiking trails. A bakery-café and a bus stop are about a 4-minute walk away; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge, and the Nixe Main ferry are about a 10-minute walk away. The historic center of Ochsenfurt, with its charming half-timbered houses and numerous towers, can be reached on foot along the Main River in about 15 minutes.

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung im Stadtteil Etwashausen bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge am Main und im fränkischen Umland. In nur 150 Metern erreicht man zu Fuß das malerische Mainufer. Von dort aus kann man auf den Main-Radweg gelangen oder einen Spaziergang am Kitzinger Stadtbalkon und durch die Altstadt unternehmen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Right on the Main & in the old town

Top location in the Sanderau: the Main, the Löwenbrücke and the Ringpark are right on the doorstep and you are in the old town in a few minutes on foot. The city beach on the Main is only 200 m away. The university and university of applied sciences are also a few minutes away on foot. The small but nice studio apartment (about 20 m²) has an equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a wardrobe, a bed, a work area, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

The apartment is located in the historic building “Zum Taubertal” in a central location to the old town. Shopping, restaurants and the marketplace are a 3-5 minute walk away. The bike path and the Tauber are directly opposite the building. The apartment is spread over two levels and has a separate entrance including a spacious terrace and huge living-dining area. Our compact 70 m² apartment on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideal for relaxing vacations. The apartment includes a cozy living area, a double bedroom and another with a loft bed. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious bathroom. In addition, an infrared cabin/heat cabin invites you to relax.
