Top renovated holiday home with large pool in prime location on the Nikolaushöhe in Würzburg. A beautiful, unobstructed view of the city, a few kilometers to the city center. The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the local recreation area Frankenwarte only 5 minutes walk to the famous excursion destination "Käppele". The spacious garden has a large pool area, terraces with seating and lounging area, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue. There is a playground and children's playroom.

Are you looking for a quiet place to stay, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live near the city center? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. The pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Das Anwesen befindet sich in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage - fußläufig zum neuen Stadtteil Hubland mit Uni-Campus.
