The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. Our pretty 1-room apartment with separate kitchen and separate bathroom is located in the basement of our terraced house. It offers two people a lot of comfort for a feel-good visit to Würzburg. The apartment is located between the University of Hubland and the old town. The campus of the University of Würzburg (Hubland) is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in 13 minutes. The Residenz Würzburg (2 km) is a 25-minute walk.

The 2-room apartment with bathroom and fully equipped kitchen is a 2-minute walk from the market square. The Ulmer Hof tram stop is right in front of the property. The apartment is in the center of Würzburg, so it can get noisy on weekends despite good insulation. We provide bed linens and towels, as well as spices, tea, coffee and a small gift from Franconia to make your stay and time enjoyable.

The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to four overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed with also 1.60 m width. The kitchen is basically equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tub, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which makes longer stays possible.
