Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Time out in a tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with an extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we have packed a lot into our inclusive price. So parking, sauna, free Wi-Fi. That's how a vacation should be. The hot pot can be used for a fee of €30. Please let us know in advance so that everything can be prepared.
