Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg City Hall, stylishly furnished with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water side followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The facade was restored in May 2026 with a lot of love for detail and now shines again in full splendor next to the city hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

The granny flat has a parking space that is located directly in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - open living room with dining area, flat-screen TV, ... - Bedroom with wardrobe and double bed - Daylight bathroom with bath and shower, - Private terrace with sun awning and terrace furniture. Stylish old building apartment in the heart of Coburg

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Enjoy Franconian Switzerland in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. While in the silence of the night you only hear the stream in the valley, you can reach a lot of hospitality on foot: 2-3 restaurants, a popular bakery café, the spa park, a gas station with shop & café, a mom-and-pop shop, doctor, pharmacy and 2 banks. There is plenty to do: guided tours of the castle and rock cellar, the hiking paradise starts right outside the door, rock climbing, baking bread, and much more.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Vacation home in Ahorntal

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

Vacation home in Tiefenklein

Enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet location for hiking, cycling, working or just relaxing. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace. The open fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker) offers space for a family or max. four people with a large dining table and an additional sleeping option. The living room is equipped as a passageway to the shower and toilet with a desk and another sofa bed.

The granny apartment is located in Melkendorf in rural Franconian Tuscany. The idyllic location near the World Heritage city of BAMBERG and FRANCONIAN SWITZERLAND, about 6 km away, offers charming contrasts between city and country. Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung

Bamberg's Gärtnerviertel

The apartment is located in the historic Bamberg garden district. There are two bedrooms for max. 4 people. Bamberg city center is about 10 minutes' walk away, while Bamberg main train station is about 5 minutes away. Children are welcome but unfortunately the apartment does not have a changing table, etc. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony.

Vacation home in the countryside

Beautiful apartment in the countryside and very quiet location, overlooking the Altenburg in Bamberg. The apartment can accommodate 2 people or a family with 2 children. Lots of greenery and lots of relaxation is definitely guaranteed. Fresh eggs from our own happy chickens and a nice play area for the kids are available. Treat yourself to a break with us!
