By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margravial Schreez Castle. In 2021 & 2022, we completely renovated the house.

It was the first time I've been to an Airbnb. I felt very comfortable there, everything you needed was there. It was decorated with a lot of love. Clean and tidy. All the necessary information was also there. Even if it was only for one night I would come back anytime.

Good access to the highway, not far to Bamberg and other attractions. The apartment is quietly located and in very good condition. You can also sleep very well in the beds. The contact with Vito and Alexandra was really very nice and straightforward. We can only recommend the property.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was exactly as described and very clean. The remodeled space was modern and comfortable for my friends and I! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

A great place to stay for a Bamberg weekend. Everything is really available in terms of equipment. If you arrive late, you should definitely use the parking spaces in the underground garage. We will be back next year!!!

Our stay was completely relaxed and just right to just switch off. The place is very nicely designed – perfect for a cozy weekend for two. We can particularly recommend the saunas, which made the stay even more special. Mr. Ulm was a great host and took very warm care of our well-being. Also the "small supermarket" on site was super convenient – there you really get everything you need for meals and at absolutely fair prices. We highly recommend the stay!
