Our lovely central Worthing apartment is along the beautiful seafront, with windows overlooking the sea and pier. It’s family-friendly, has a lot of character and is beautifully decorated. It's perched on the top floor of a converted 1850s Victorian building. You’ll get stunning south-facing views of the sea and a nice, quiet view of the city to the north. The place is spacious and well equipped, with a big open-plan living room that has a smart TV and three cozy bedrooms.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
