Very clean, modern, bright, well equipped apartment minutes from the station/seafront/shops and restaurants. Great communication and easy check-in. The bedroom is extremely comfortable and quiet.

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Sarah’s flat was welcoming, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We were encouraged to use all the toiletries and whatever else we needed. Sarah had left breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and a surprise bottle of bubbles too! There was a comprehensive handbook to guide us through our stay containing local eateries and recommendations for days out. Rather than just a place to stay Sarah’s flat was an absolute treat, highly recommended.

David is an incredible host, personable, easy going and very professional, who really goes the extra mile for his guests. His kindness and hospitality far exceeds what I could hope for in a host. The apartment is beautiful, light and spacious, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and very comfortable and cosy. Fresh flowers, a choice of very good coffee and yummy cookies were such a lovely surprise, and the bed is blissfully comfy, the only downside of my stay was having to leave! Thank you so much David for hosting me.

Bedford Row is a little gem! The appartment is beautifully decorated, with big windows in the living room that create a sunny atmosphere. It was spotlessly clean, with a well-equiped kitchen, comfy bed and amazingly even a Sonos sound system (ideal when you’re a music lover)! The location is fairly quiet (some construction work noise, but only during the week) and just a few minutes away from the busstops. Thank you Bridget and Keith for letting me stay here!

First of all just wanted to say how friendly Alise was, very welcoming when we arrived and couldn’t be anymore helpful. The place was lovely and just what we wanted. We had the best stay and would recommend anyone to stay here

We loved the property, it was like a 2nd home away from home.. very clean, had everything you can possibly need - lovely garden and can see the beach from the driveway, great location. Amazing host, we felt very welcomed, gave lots of recommendations and also great with our puppy. Would 100% visit again and recommend to others - our only negative is that we didn’t stay longer :)

Location was very important as we did not have a car and could walk to it friends place, restaurants and cafes.

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. X

The Hideaway is a perfect little spot to run away to. it's in an incredibly beautiful spot and super quiet. it's a lovely little walk to the village of Graffham (Cheryl gave us excellent instructions) there is a cute little village shop that does coffees and sells all that you could need. The Forrester's Arms is a lovely pub but we ate at the Woodcote which was excellent. The space is large and comfortable. The sofas are perfect for a nap as they are massive. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The shower was lush as were the faith in nature smelly bits. would completely recommend

We went with my family - two kids and our dog - and we loved it! A clean and welcoming flat, beautifully located in Willingdon next to the lovely Red Lion pub (nice food and garden). 10’ ride from the centre of Eastbourne. Jon was very friendly and responsive! I recommend it for a nice family long weekend escape from the Lindon hustle and bustle!

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

great place to stay very clean and tidy we have stayed a couple of times and will be happy to stay if we're in the area again

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

This is our favourite Airbnb by a long shot. The "nest" was spotlessly clean and sits on a lovely, peaceful plot with amazing views. Clive and Caroline are wonderful hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for three nights for a local half marathon. The apartment could not be anymore ideally located, with shops, bars, the park and the Castle all right outside the front door. Despite the central location we never felt it was noisy at all, even though we stayed during the weekend. superb little apartment and absolute perfect for one or two people. Communication with the owner was superb and they couldnt have been anymore helpful. We visit the town on a regular basis and will definitely look to stay again.

Had a great time staying at Rebekah’s. It has everything that you need. Co-host Samuel is also helpful with everything that I need. Thank you Rebekah and Samuel for letting me book last minute. I highly recommend this stay! 5⭐️ as always 👍🏼

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️
