Lovely stay! Helen’s place was bigger than we expected from the photos! The location is fantastic - Helen sent a huge list of recommendations of places to go/where to eat etc which was so helpful. I read a couple of reviews about the noise on the street which is minimal (just murmurs of voices as they walk past). I would highly recommend!

A great place to stay to explore beautiful Exmoor. The second time we have stayed there its clean, cosy and comfortable with fabulous views of the coast and access to great walks.

Matt's place is super clean, welcoming and warm. Parking outside was easy. There was usually always a space directly outside, and we just moved it into the paid area (directly across the street). There were absolutely no questions and Matt was the perfect host. Very flexible, kind and understanding. Recommended to anyone, especially parents.

Really lovely stay. Alison was very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely few days exploring the beautiful coastline.

We had an awesome couple of nights in Barbrook! The apartment is super spacious- much more so than photos would suggest- and has everything you need for a cosy and comfortable few days exploring Exmoor and the north Devon coast. Spa bath is a really fun touch and great after a day of walking. Amazing location with river and trees literally on your doorstep, and the sea and Lynton 5mins away. Overall this place is great value for money, and we would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for a great weekend!

Beautfiul apartment in a lovely location. Perfect spot for a few days away with everything you could need within walking distance. Appledore is a lovely place and the apartment made the stay very enjoyable. Great host and very responsive. Will definitely be returning again!

Our stay at Apt 1 - Ground Floor Apt - Southover Beach was somthing else! Honestly the location everything about this stay was amazing stones throw away from the beach for our daily adventures with our dog. We will most definitely be staying here again. Hosts were quick and responsive. ☺️

Stunning views overlooking Woolacombe beach. We were taken aback from the moment we walked in. Very easy to walk down to the village, with everything you need within 5 min walk. We had very chilled evenings just taking the world in watching the tides rise and fall. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Having grown up in the area, Kennel Farm is the place we choose to come back for our family holiday every year. We love the house and surroundings. Excellent location and Tanya is a perfect host. Highly recommend.

Had a really lovely stay. A lovely place within walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage was delightful and our hosts provided fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, milk, juice, butter, gorgeous fresh bread plus many other useful items. Really thoughtful touches. They were right next door but we only saw them when we arrived and left. We had a very restful stay. Loved the bedroom and superb shower. We could walk into Barnstaple in 15 minutes and enjoyed pleasant trips to Ilfracombe, Lynton and Lynmouth. Sat and enjoyed coffee (and wine) in the awesome garden which Robert aptly described as a 'sea of daisies' Thank you for making us welcome and allowing us to feel relaxed!

Thank you Samantha, we had a fantastic relaxing week. The house is immaculate and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous with ample space for the dogs to run and explore. The whole place is top notch and we hope to stay again!

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Gordon’s cottage in Croyde! The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing family break. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach and village, with lovely countryside views from the cottage. Gordon was a warm and welcoming host, providing thoughtful touches and helpful local tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

This place was perfect, we stayed here in May 2025 for 3 nights before our wedding with our 4 year old and 2 year old and our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer! Pollyanna offered us an early check in as soon as it was ready and greeted us upon arrival. She sent lots of recommendations when we booked which was very helpful too. It’s completely private, perfect location, situated on a farm in the country side, lots of wildlife to look out for whilst relaxing in the garden having a bbq or using the hot tub. It’s safe and secure for young children to play and there is a beautiful private lake just through the gate with a boat, paddle boards and a summer house with a ping pong table. It’s very nicely furnished inside, well equipped, easy parking, bathrooms and showers are great and we found the beds very comfortable. It was a pleasure to meet both Ian and Pollyanna who wished us well on our wedding day. We hope to come back again someday soon!

A lovely property in an excellent location. Lots of little extras made us feel very welcome and we had everything we needed for our stay.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in North Devon, attending the wedding of some friends. The apartment had all we needed and was nicely decorated. It has incredible views from the window, and it’s situated within walking distance to local amenities, and easy driving distance to Bideford, Appledore, Westward Ho! and other local places. Lindsay was very accommodating and made things really easy for us, with great communication, clear instructions and quick responses. Would certainly stay here again!

We fell in love with the views! Loved sitting outside with a throw watching the boats go by, so relaxing and peaceful yet so much to do in short walking and driving distances. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly! We very much enjoyed our stay, so thank you.

Topside was ideally placed for access into Bude town. It was down hill to the beach in Bude. Lovely scenic walks over cliffs and beautiful bays. Be prepared in bad weather; some shops, eating places; close earlier and some restrictions if you have a dog. Loved the cafe in Bude museum for cream tea with a view. Thank you Vikki you thought of everything and were very welcoming. Bathrooms morden and clean with fluffy towels.

Emma’s description of The Snug is spot on and her communication was excellent. A slightly unprepossessing exterior belies a very comfortable and cosy apartment. It’s very well equipped with some very thoughtful touches and it had everything we needed for a short stay and was spotless clean. We met the neighbours who were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

The apartment, although small in size, has been extremely cleverly designed to make the best of its available space and offer guests a very comfortable home-from-home stay. It has two good-sized rooms and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (and the best views of the house!). A tidy kitchen, dining area, and wc, and a shower room (with a very good shower)… basically everything one needs! The coastal path, and Crooklets beach are both right at its doorstep, within a beautiful town with character and all the amenities one may need (shops, post office, etc…). However, probably the best of this apartment is its host -Sarah. Sarah has great attention to detail, has everything readily and easily available, and offers amazing, friendly but professional communication. She’s always happy to help with any queries and makes one feel extremely welcome. Overall, this is a truly amazing apartment boasting with great energy, in a truly magical area… exactly what mind, body, and souls need!

Andrew was very helpful and his home was beautifully presented. Parking is super easy, it's clean, the balcony is great and what I also loved was the equipment for families. I didn't need them as I wasn't with my children. But there was a highchair, kids crockery and cutlery and buckets and spades. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen appliances work great and the welcome package was really appreciated. I would very much recommend Andrew's home for any trip to Bude. it has lovely views of the beach, golf club and cricket ground. you're away from the hussle and bussle, although a five minute walk away from it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic dog friendly apartment with parking within walking distance to Woolacombe beach, small coves nearby, and the South West Coastal Path. Apartment is as described - we really enjoyed our week here!
