Great location, close to everything. The house was comfortable and well appointed for. Parking was a bit tight but doable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Asheville area.

Beautiful and very clean home. It was in a great location close to a cute coffee shop within walking distance and a short drive to downtown. It was so thoughtful there was coffee supplied, bathroom products, laundry and detergent, paper products, and plenty of supplies to cook if needed. Traveled as a family of 5 with three young kids and they also loved the outdoor fire pit, flower paint on the fence, and we all had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. Thanks for a great stay!

Tonya's place is urban chic in southern Appalachian forest.. really convenient to the amenities of Weaverville and Asheville as well as nature and the wilderness. and a nice backyard gazebo for an evening glass of wine. It was larger and better appointed than I expected..I highly recommend it!!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the bungalow. It was just as the photos showed and the kitchen was very well appointed! We felt immediately at home and our pups did too. They enjoyed the fenced in area where they could sniff around (city dogs!), and we enjoyed the porches for watching them and taking advantage of the cool weather. The location proved to be excellent once we discovered how close Merriton Ave was. From there everything (groceries, Beaver Lake, restaurants) was very accessible without having to deal with the highways each trip (although the highways are also easily accessible.) We planned to stay for 28 days to really enjoy the change of scenery and weather (FL residents) but unfortunately had to cut the trip short due to the hurricane. But Malinda was very understanding about the change of plans and couldn't have been more helpful. Overall an excellent experience!

Great space, it had all the comforts of home! Tara was very responsive and provided great local recommendations. The location is only a few minutes to downtown while being in a rural setting but everything is close. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck while looking at the bamboo forest. It had a very relaxing feel. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on our next trip to Asheville.

Overall stay was wonderful. I have a family member who lives down the road from this Airbnb, so it was very convenient. I had a difficult time with the keypad and Ian was kind to come help me at check-in. Like other reviewers mentioned, you can hear noise from upstairs, however that didn’t bother me much as it was very quiet at night. They do provide earplugs, which was a nice touch. Loved the filtered water and the shower had fantastic water pressure. It was raining intermittently throughout my stay and did feel damp, however, it didn’t smell musty. Would definitely stay again!

So happy that we found this lovely tiny home so close to downtown Asheville! Alice was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time as we got delayed. The home was clean and cozy, and even had extra bathroom items in case we forgot anything. Overall would highly recommend the stay and hope to find myself back in Asheville!

I enjoyed staying here. It was exactly as described and shown in the listing. I’ve learned that is a problem with Airbnb and other listing services. People don’t fully describe or show the place in photos. This place was very comfortable and clean. Looked exactly like the photos and Meg the host was extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Just be aware it is a small place. But I was very comfortable and well laid out. Be aware that the only sink is in the bathroom, which works fine. The small dining table, refrigerator and microwave worked great. The host also made sure the temperature was comfortable for me which I really appreciated. I would stay there again.

We spent 3 days at Dawn and Ron’s Asheville home. Their space was very clean, smelled nice, and had every convenience you could possibly need. Unfortunately it was rainy during our trip so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor amenities like the patio/grill or the goats, but they did greet us with wagging tails as we came and went! Loved the waffle bar and complimentary coffee - such nice touches that made breakfast a breeze! Also loved that they provided toiletries and washer/dryer. This space provided all the comforts of home, about 15 minutes to all the AVL activities. Dawn and Ron were very communicative and kind hosts. Would recommend their home to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay in Asheville, and we're very comfortable in this peaceful setting. Kelle and Max have created a beautiful space to stay. It's very clean, well equipped, and all directions and instructions clear and helpful. Kelle is a famous communicator, and quick to respond. Many thanks to them for providing a space that enhanced our travel experience! I will be recommending this place to friends!

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

We had a great stay! Lisa and Carter were great hosts. They were proactive in giving us directions and making sure everything was satisfactory. The kitchen sink was small for washing dishes by hand, but I can understand why they set it up that way. It was sufficient for basic cooking needs. We particularly appreciated how accessable our parking spot was relative to the apartment door. We would recommend staying here. Just be aware it is a residential area only and you have to drive for food. No restaurants available by foot.

Our stay was great! We flew in to Asheville for a concert at the Orange Peel & we decided to stay at this airbnb. Not only was the cost a great price, it was only 20-25 minuets from the Asheville airport. The airbnb was just tucked away enough that you felt like you where a long ways from town, but reality it was only 5 minuets to town/grocery stores, gas stations, food places. The airbnb felt very cozy and had front fow parking to make it easy to carry our luggage in and out. The place was super clean, no bugs, weird smells, trash or dirty linens. The hosts of the airbnb were the most responsive I’ve ever experienced! Would recommend and stay again 100%!

Fantastic place in a lovely neighborhood. Great communication with Michele. The beer and freshly laid eggs in the fridge was a very nice touch. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in the heart of downtown Asheville. Once we got there and checked in, we didn't get back in the car until we left because it was so close and walkable to everything. The place was clean, safe, and stocked - we couldn't have asked for more. We will certainly be back!

Excellent place and walkable to downtown Asheville. Parking is not included but directly across the street is a $15 daily parking garage. The loft sits right above a coffee shop and bar. Excellent place to stay.

I really loved the location, my room and bathroom were perfect. They were responsive, and quickly, whenever I had a question. Their place felt like a second home for the moment. I loved it!

Chad and Allison were fantastic hosts. The place is absolutely beautiful and lots of things for kids to do. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with lots of things to do, this is your spot. Will definitely book again.

Excellent location to explore downtown Asheville. Accomodation was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable bed and has everything necessary for a short stay. Appreciate the additional information John provided when he found out we were in town for a concert. Having a parking spot and WiFi was important for us.
