Welcome to Woodfin! Our home is conveniently located on the north side of Asheville-- just a hop and a skip to the River Arts district, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville. Avery's park is a short walk, and the Craggy Mountain RR Line is just down the road. Our neighborhood is warm and welcoming, and so is our pet-friendly home, which was built as one of Woodfin's local mill houses in the 1920's. You'll find a clean, restful vibe with a lot of love in the walls.

Escape to this 1926 two-bedroom cottage filled with artistic and antique charm. This is truly a unique space that has been lovingly remodeled with heart and handmade custom furnishings. Cook a delicious meal in or order out. Wander through the gardens and enjoy the artistic flare this property has to offer, including an outdoor dining room, patio, porch and shipping container lounge. It is nestled in a peaceful nook, only 4 miles to Asheville and less than 10 minutes from Weaverville.

You'll be so close to water activities such as floating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing during the warmer months.

The Blue Door ~ entire house

The Blue Door is our backyard guesthouse located in an urban neighborhood just north of Asheville and is well situated for the area. We invite well behaved dogs who have been treated for fleas and have a lovely space for being outside. The house is rather private. It also comes complete with full kitchen (with sharp knives), whirlpool tub, and a super comfy queen sized latex mattress. Our guest house is perfect for an Asheville weekend getaway.
