We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. We are very excited to see you!

I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

Our apartment is in a quiet location just 5 minutes' walk from the city center, where there are restaurants, butchers, ... The popular knight's playground is only 350 meters away from us. Our town is the perfect starting point for things to do in the area. In the garden you have the opportunity to grill or end your day by the campfire. Even our younger guests are not too short for us, a sandbox, a swing and a slide make for a lot of fun.

Beautiful apartment in a very quiet location, yet close to the old town. The lakes can also be reached quickly. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, tip top clean, there was everything you needed, even a washing machine. Hospitality and warmth are paramount to Konrad. It was a very pleasant and nice, relaxing stay for us.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment from the beginning. It is very tastefully decorated and very clean. Both in the evening and for breakfast, we could enjoy the tranquility on the lovingly designed terrace. The landlords are very nice and have always responded immediately to requests. The historic old town is within walking distance.

A modern bathroom features a glass shower enclosure with a sleek rainfall showerhead. A minimalistic sink sits atop a wooden vanity, complemented by stylish black fixtures. Soft lighting illuminates the space, while a textured mat is placed at the entrance to the shower.

Christian and his wife are super friendly and also likeable. The apartment is very very nice and already more luxury. Everything is super nicely furnished with a lot of taste. In this apartment hardly any wishes remain open. Will definitely check back in with Christian the next time we visit the Franconian lake country... My wife and also I are more than satisfied with the accommodation..Thanks to Christian and wife for the beautiful accommodation and thus for the nice relaxing vacation..

We spent three nights in the apartment and the apartment is very well equipped. Towels, linens, kitchen utensils, everything is available. Super great new apartment, absolutely clean, nothing is really missing, equipped in detail. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. There are many games available in the living room. Vanessa is a super nice hostess, she is very keen that you feel comfortable. She is always available if you want to ask something. There is a great folder with restaurants and things to do in the area. The lakes are within easy reach. The place itself is totally beautiful, a beautiful playground within walking distance. Conclusion, we will be back!
