The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoß des Wohnhauses eines klassischen ostfriesischen Bauernhofs in Burhafe bei Wittmund in ländlicher Umgebung. Die Nordsee ist nur ca. 16 km entfernt. Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von ca. 80 qm. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Eingang. Hunde sind willkommen. Auch wenn ihr Euer Pferd mitbringen wollt, ist dies möglich. Auf dem Hof leben 2 Ponys, 2 Hunde und Enten und Gänse und 2 Menschen. ;-)

The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Die Fewo liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung und befindet sich in der ersten Etage. Dank eines vorhandenen Balkons kannst du die Weite Ostfrieslands erahnen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz, eine Küche mit Sitzecke, ein Wohnzimmer, sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett.

Just a 3-minute walk away is a bus stop with direct service to the lively, bustling coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city center in about 5 minutes by bike. The apartment is lovingly furnished and invites you to relax.
