We are offering this cozily furnished upstairs apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, without children, without animals. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, hairdryer, shower and shampoo, the kitchen even with a dishwasher. The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation, as does the garden terrace A small forest with pond is within walking distance and the East Frisian hiking trail is directly adjacent to our farm. Shopping in 1.5 km.

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Es stehen Ihnen kostenfrei Internet, Bettwäsche und unsere Duschräume sowie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch servieren wir Ihnen morgens ihr Frühstück auf Ihre kleine Terrasse. Auch Ihr Haustier ist natürlich ebenfalls kostenfrei bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Wenige Gehminuten vom lebhaften Inseldorf entfernt, ideal für den Einkaufsbummel und Ihre Restaurantbesuche, bietet die Lage unserer sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung erholsame Ruhe. Der Strand ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Fahrradverleih ist direkt in der Nachbarschaft vorhanden.

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Live in nature. Idyllic country house with garden + sauna

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.
