Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale furnishings as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open attic room with two double beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to five people.
