Townhome vacation rentals in Wine Country

Went to Bottlerock and this was the PERFECT location. If you are driving and attending a large event like Bottlerock, you can’t use your car to go anywhere or your street parking spot will be gone instantly so plan ahead. Street parking starts filling up so early and this street is so close to the festival that it attracts concert goers. The parking on the other side of the street is limited to 2 hours and tow trucks were standing by from really early in the morning. I’m sure most of the time this is not an issue and only because of the music festival. However, we didn’t need a car for most things because everything was so walkable and there are great restaurants, bars, etc. all around beautiful Napa. It is a charming (aka older) studio as described. Everything worked and as others mentioned, the bed and linens were great. Lots of soft towels were available and other useful items were provided. Gloria was welcoming and checked in to see if we needed anything which was a nice touch.

Such a wonderful 2 bedroom with 2 bath to stay while our remodeling. We ended up staying at Teya's place for 2 whole months and it did feel like second home to us. Thank you

We have now stayed at Tina’s the last 4 years. When something is that nice of an experience and comfy you keep coming back. We appreciate how she communicates and if there is anything that needs attention it is taken care of immediately. We will be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s place! Very comfortable and well setup. I loved that it had a garage space being right next to Park Street. Getting street parking around there on an overnight basis can be a hassle so this was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend!!

My weeklong stay at Dan's was wonderful. He was the perfect host - provided clear instructions for everything in the home, responded quickly to messages and made sure I had a comfortable stay. The self check-in/out process was very easy. The house itself is lovely - spacious, cozy and comfortable. There is a gorgeous view from all 3 floors. Note that the upstairs master bedroom doesn't have blinds covering the windows, so if you need to sleep in complete darkness, be sure to bring an eye mask (lots of city lights). I got used to this and it was so nice waking up with the sunrise and falling asleep to the view of the city at night. Various birds also stopped by outside the windows - hawks, ravens & hummingbirds. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, safe and quiet. The home is a 15-30 min walk to various parks where you can feel close to nature (highly recommend Glen Canyon Park). Lots of good food, shops and cafes in nearby Noe Valley and Glen Park (20-25 min walk) - keep in mind you'd have to walk uphill to get back. There is easy, free all day parking out front should you need it. It was really nice having central heating and access to a washer and dryer as well. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great home, comfortable and cozy. Everything works perfectly, and the host provides very complete and clear instructions for the stay. Just 10 minutes by car from downtown, and some nearby touristic places can be visited on foot. There are supermarkets very near as well. Parking is very easy outside in the street.

We enjoyed two nights at Kathy's and used it as a home base for visiting wineries and the coast. It's a private and comfortable space, and Kathy let us use the kitchen and her relaxing outdoor patio for eating our breakfast. Thanks!

Our family stayed here. It was exactly where we needed to be and what we needed. We had trouble with the electronic lock, but Mark had clear backup instructions that worked great and we did not have to ask for help. What some other reviewers have said may be accurate, but this rental worked out great for my family. Mark did get back to me right away whenever we contacted him. Thank you for having this rental where my family needed to be.

We had a wonderful three-day stay—this place truly felt like home. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to share lots of helpful local recommendations. The house itself is spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The neighborhood is peaceful and feels very safe, which made our stay even more relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the lovely little yard with a lemon tree full of fruit—it looked absolutely beautiful in the sunlight. The host also left many thoughtful sticky notes throughout the house explaining how things work, which made everything super easy and added such a personal touch. You can really feel the care and effort put into making this home comfortable for guests. Highly recommended!

Elijah was extremely responsive when we asked a question about the place. The location was great, plenty of parking, our group had 3 rental cars between the 6 of us that stayed and had no problems at all finding parking. The place is extremely close to Chico University, about 10 minute walk to campus, 15-20 minute walk to downtown Chico. The beds were comfortable, we had to use the AC 2 times while there and it worked really well, cooled the place down quickly and we were able to turn it off after 3-4 hours of use and just use the ceiling fans. All of the bedrooms are very good size and spacious.We had a great time, the place was great, clean, the location and the 4 bedrooms to accommodate my family was perfect and made it affordable. I would definitely stay there again.

Julie's place was practically perfect. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Having live plants and the ability to park in the garage were extra perks. The master bedroom mattress is one of the more comfortable Airbnb mattresses I've seen. The only negative we encountered during our stay was that the outside balcony lights could not turn off, so we couldn't enjoy the balcony in the dark and the light shined through to the bedroom a little. I recommend this place and would stay there again.

The condo was great for the price for my group of 7! The hosts were very quick to address a need & had great recommendations for local food. Neighborhood was pleasant with easy access everywhere else we were going. When preparing to check-in, I suggest asking for more detailed parking info as it was hard to find the right parking lot & condo at first. But of course, once we knew where to go, it was all easy to access in & out. We appreciated how clean everything was! Would stay there again with a large group if back in the area :)

Wook’s home was very clean and the space looked just as described and depicted in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed during our stay. The location felt very safe and secure while being close to many of the best SF destinations. As described and as explicitly mentioned when booking, Wook and his family with a young child live upstairs. If you are hoping for a quiet space or need quiet in order to go to sleep before 9 pm, this may not be the place for you (the sounds of running and playing were quite audible). Wook was very clear about this when booking and also was immediately responsive when we sent a message about it. There’s only so much they can do with a small family upstairs in these beautiful, old (albeit very updated) Victorian homes.

Very nice stay. VERY good communication with owner. Worked very well for us (were mid 60s and in good health) and our adult kids. Clean and very livable. There are stairs to manage so I wouldn’t recommend this for elderly adults who might struggle with this.

I loved my stay and wished I could of stayed longer. The host was super responsive and was able to get me in late in the evening when I really needed a place to land. The bed I stayed in was really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook full meals. It was nice to have AC and living room was nicely furnished. I also really appreciated the premium streaming service! It's important to note for those with mobility issues there are lots of stairs and you do need to park on the street and walk a few minutes to get into the house (although you can drive up to the door to drop your stuff off ) That being said I have had 3 hip surgeries and I had no problem although I did have help getting my stuff in and out. Also - bring an eye mask if you need the room to be dark in the morning. The location is great - very close to downtown Pleasant Hill with it's movie theater, restaurants, and various stores. I would definitely recommend this host and this house!

Gorgeous loft-like home. Truly special and absolutely pristine. Everything felt new in a really good way. Boutique high street a 2 min walk with lovely shops and restaurants. The top floor doesn’t have its own bathroom or a mirror but other than that, it really was perfect.

Treehouse on 5th was a fantastic place to stay! The home was beautifully designed, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It felt welcoming and thoughtfully put together—perfect for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore Sacramento. The space was both stylish and functional, and we really appreciated how accommodating everything was. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in the area!

Gary and Ninder's home was exceptional! The house had everything we needed and it's in a great part of town that is safe and it's also centrally located, so it's just a short walk or drive to almost anything you want to see or do. Gary is also very attentive and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Me and my GF LOVED this place it was super lowkey the esthetic was fire the backyard with the best part getting in the hot tub was complete vibes our host was also amazing responded very quickly and made our stay that much better!

Robert's place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our business trip. We asked him for some help fixing a door during our stay and he went out of his way to fix it, which was much appreciated.

Nicole and Jonathan's place is a gem, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Modern amenities, full kitchen, bath, work space, and cozy bed and sitting area. Close to shops and restaurants in North Berkeley. The hosts were great with communication of all details. I would be happy to stay in their home anytime.
